Margaret helped us purchase a mattress today. She was so great to work with! She made the experience fun for us while getting to try all the mattresses and was so knowledgeable at explaining features in detail. We ran into a few issues with our payment but Margaret really went above and beyond to help us navigate those issues and made it such a great experience for us! I would definitely recommend anyone looking to visit the purple store to request Margaret! 🙂

I really wanted to love this pillow, I was even excited to hear it was on sale for Labor Day, but if I'm honest it was the WORST sleep of my life. My neck hurts, I kept tossing and turning, and shoulder pain. This sounds weird and has never happened to me but my arm went NUMB and was in so much pain this morning. The worst part is was the pillow was so heavy I couldn't even push it off the bed to sleep without a pillow. I also don't want to name the sale associate that helped us but I really didn't like the experience too much. It felt like just because I was only buying a pillow I wasn't valued. I will be updating to see how it goes with the return process - I am going to return ASAP 🙁

What an all-around FUN and incredible experience! I've been thinking about getting a Purple pillow for at least a year or so, and was pleasantly surprised to learn there was a showroom in Fresno. It's absolutely worth going in-store to test and experience the products in person. They have such a nice variety—without it being too overwhelming—and all Purple products really do speak for themselves when you try them in person. They're insanely well-made, and truly unlike anything else out there. Each of the employees here created such a friendly, no-pressure experience, that trying out everything the showroom had to offer honestly felt like a shopping trip out with friends!

Tasha was especially kind, considerate and extremely helpful. It's evident that each person working here is happy in the job, genuine with the customers, and knowledgeable about every product on their (beautiful) showroom floor. Tasha even gave me an adorable little goodie bag just for coming in, that had the CUTEST miniature Purple mattress squish toy (pictured) 😂👍 They also gave me a few extras for my friends to enjoy, just as I was heading out with my new pillow.

As someone who was already intrigued by the Purple brand, going into the showroom and having such a great experience from the employees has now turned me into an absolute fan and lover of the brand. I'll definitely be back for more!

Coming to the Purple store was a phenomenal experience. Tasha made the visit relaxing, informative, and low stress. I learned so much about the technology and got to try out just about every product in the store! Pillows, sheets, mattresses, blankets, and more. Tasha kindly answered all of my questions, but never once did I feel pressured. Every product was amazing. Comfortable, cool, and innovative. You are missing out if you haven't been to this store yet! You won't regret it.

I came into the Purple showroom looking to purchase some pillows and bedsheets. Angelica helped me find the perfect pillows and was very kind and helpful. She even helped me when I hit an unexpected snag with my credit card being expired. I highly recommend coming into the Purple store to try out their products.

I visited the Fresno showroom today. Mark was so friendly and helpful ! There was no pressure at all . The purple beds are so comfy. The number 3 is my favorite!!! I’ll be back soon for my new bed !!

When walking into the Showroom, Margaret greeted myself and my friend in a very polite and professional manner. I went into the store looking to purchase a Harmony Pillow. She was excited to show me what Purple had to offer. The business she provided exceeded my expectations. She’s very passionate about her profession and the store she works for. I currently own a Sleep Number bed. Had it for three years. Had I waited one more year, until a Purple Showroom opened, I would’ve bought a mattress from Margaret. Currently, I’m now looking to get rid of my Sleep Number just to buy a Purple Mattress because of how comfortable it felt and because of Margaret. If I could give more than a 5-star review, I would. Margaret, if you’re reading this, I can’t wait to do business with you again and hope to purchase my next mattress from you!
