Annette and the other chick working the front on 7-19-24 are straight up RUDE if you hate your job AND LIFE so much and don’t like people go work somewhere else. Not a very good first impression. Yikes Cheryl was very nice though

The staff was nice, nice size rooms for wedding receptions, banquets or get together. Only went for a wedding so not sure what else they do.
Bathrooms, chairs windows, floors were all clean. Decent view off the back patio.

residents like to complain about it but it's a nice facility and well maintained. The gym is well stocked and if you go outside peak hours is usually empty for maybe 1-2 other people. Nice pool that's consistently busy but big. I'm rarely there when the staff is but I've had nothing but good experiences with them.

I don't live in this community, but a family member does and we love coming here! They always have such fun projects for the kids (jewelry making classes, holiday crafts) and all of their amenities are awesome! A little kids play park, basketball courts, swimming pool/jacuzzi and a gym to name a few.

Vending at the Quailwood Community Center Craft show was a delightful experience! Selection of hand crafted items was beyond my initial expectation, the area was clean and clearly defined for each vendor. No entrance fee leaves more money for gifts, home decor and toys! Can't wait for the next one...

Beautiful clubhouse! I always want to go but I'm often turned off by how rude and inconsiderate the staff are. My first attempt at going to the pool I left in tears. Many of the residents here are also very rude all of which making it very difficult to enjoy living in this area as a younger adult.

Mixed feelings about this place. Sometimes it's very good, sometimes it's very, very, very bad. A lot of people have ruined it because they aren't responsible for themselves or their kids, but there have been a lot of really bad decisions made by the staff as well. Some really cranky people sometimes behind the desk. When this place first opened it was very nice, and there were very few problems or shut-downs, but it's been a real mixed bag of issues over the last few years. I know they're really trying to make improvements now... we'll see.

It’s a shame that they treat people so horribly. The facility is gorgeous. It has beautiful sitting areas, the pool is wonderful and the houses are amazing. However, if you have an issue, DO NOT think that the staff will help you. You pay so much, they demand your yard looks perfect, they have more rules than the FBI, but they’ll be damned to lift a finger. It’s a shame really to have to bother another company to handle what Quailwood is supposed to help with. It’s pathetic! And if you are a renter, man are you screwed! They despise renters and will verbally beat you down if you say anything. Rules are bent for homeowners. Renters are shamed and ridiculed. Crime is prevalent here. Theft, vandalism and no security. Just heed my warning, but decide for yourself.. good luck!
