Un hotel de lujo i barato

We just needed a place to sleep on our way back to Indiana and this hotel worked for that. Compared to the others we have stayed at this would be average in our opinion. Not terrible Not great. The gal who checked us in was very sweet and helpful. Our room was nice enough and comfortable. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. And the guy who was at the desk in the morning was nothing like the gal the night before. He was not attentive to the guests as he was busy with two small children I’m assuming were his. When we were leaving he was sitting in a chair on his phone. The hotel is a bit out with need to drive a ways for decent food. Ok for one night but if passing thru Ozark again we will find some place else to stay

Our stay was wonderful! Staff was so friendly and accommodating!! Room was clean and comfortable! The pool and hot tub were so nice and the kids enjoyed it very much!! Breakfast was delicious and the gentleman running breakfast really went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of! He was fantastic!! Would recommend this place and we will definitely be back!!

We really enjoyed the one night stay at this hotel. Adjoining rooms were perfect for me and 4 kids. Clean, comfortable and good value. Pool and hot tub nice and well maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful. Perfect for what we needed and would definitely recommend!

These people stole money from my card the day after we stayed, and no one will talk to me. They send me to an automated service which hangs up on me when I don't have an itinerary number! So frustrating! The stay was fine, and we were charged correctly that night, but the next day they took out almost 40 extra dollars!

Room smelled disgusting. Amenities had been used out of. No TV. After seeing room requested our money back so we could go elsewhere. I was told manager had left for the day (approx 3:30). So could not give a refund. The mgr would reduce the rate in the morning. Guess what, no mgr on duty in the morning. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Positive: "" Negative: The rooms are dirty. Mattresses and pillows stained and can see stains through very thin sheets and pillow cases. Door near pool that leads to back parking lot didn?t even have a door knob. You cannot lock the door!
