Received 2 complimentary tickets to see Possum Trout on June 19, 2024: Juneteenth Day holiday. This was the closest theatre showing this pre-release before July 4th, but I had the opportunity to preview this movie via an invitation link On Demand a week earlier.
The movie theatre was VERY dirty, and the Attendant could not scan the QR code on my phone. Auditorium 8 was separate from all the other numbers and located on the other side of the snack bar. No help around! Had reserved seating so had to pick our seats ahead of time. Lounge seats went back, but smelled like they were not cleaned or sanitized.
Women's bathroom had only 3 stalls....small for a movie theater.
Not impressed at all and would not recommend this location at all.

Great theater to go to as you can reserve your seating prior to getting there and sit in recliner seats making it a comfortable movie going experience. We have been there twice in two months and usually order a large popcorn with two drinks for $25. It is also nice to be able to check in at a kiosk and bring a blanket in case theater gets cold. Definitely a go to place for us for movie nights out.

Friendly, clean, easy in and out. Reclining leather seats. Comfortable warm theater!!! Great sound system. Lovely movie experience. Restrooms, water fountain and parking lot available at no charge.

I've been going here since I was a kid, and never had a poor experience, until seeing Wicked on Friday, November 29th. The movie was incredible, overall theatre experience was great, but we had a less than satisfactory experience with the manager. There were a few very nice people accidently in our seats due to an understandable mix-up, so we were directed to the manager by another employee to try and resolve the situation. He was unnecessarily rude and apathetic. He had an attitude with both parties and clearly did not, for lack of a better word, give a singular shit about anything having to do with that theatre and made it everyone else's problem. We witnessed him being rude to another person trying to find his seat as well. Every other employee was wonderful and quite friendly. Everyone has bad days, and I try to be mindful of that, but to be quite frank, he was just mean.
