I recently had an appointment with Claudia for partial highlights and a layered haircut. While I was happy with the color and appreciated Claudia's friendly personality, I was extremely disappointed with the haircut.
I specifically requested blended layers, but the cut was uneven and like stairs! .First , I didn't see because of the styling. I only realized how badly its - a day later especially when friends pointed it out. Since I’m on vacation& was traveling on i couldn’t go back. Later , I had to spend over $100 on another haircut to fix it. Further I had to loose my very long & nice hair in order to fix this

I paid nearly $280 for the service, and I’m upset that the salon has not responded to my multiple emails. This lack of communication is disappointing. I would like to request a refund for the haircut!

Just went in for a cut and color and I am SO happy with the work done! Karissa did such a great job with my hair and executed my vision for my hair perfectly. Everyone was so friendly and professional and I would absolutely go back.

Ive been wanting to try something different with my hair and didn’t want to trust just anyone. I’m very glad I came to Red Angel Salon. I was very nervous at first because it was my first time getting my hair professionally done but I was in need of a change. My stylist Karina was very nice and very well at listening, she understood exactly what I wanted. I wanted something subtle but noticeable and she did AMAZING. I am very happy with my hair, I would 100% be back again. Whether it’s for color or even just a Blowdry/style. The over all experience went very well, it was very relaxing to the point where I almost fell asleep. 100/10 would definitely recommend this salon. It is a very neat and aesthetic salon, all the girls were very nice and friendly.

Honestly I would find somewhere else. Today, Saturday 8/10 I got an all over color and precision haircut with Madison and I'm feeling very unhappy with the cut. I'm happy with the color but my hair was literally cut uneven. The right side was much longer and heavier than the left side. I noticed it but at first second guessed myself and I could tell Madison was rushing (even though it was only 11am and I was booked until 11:30) and my social anxiety and kind personality prevented me from saying something when I know that I should have (ideally though this would have been double checked by the stylist). Then I left and all afternoon my head felt so off because my hair was definitely messed up and way longer and heavier on one side. I called and talked with Michelle and let her know I needed this fixed and she said that no one was available until Tuesday, meaning I'd have to wait 3 days to fix this? That really upset me. With tip the services cost me $240 and they can't squeeze me in for 5 minutes to fixed a botched cut?

I then walked into Wondercuts in La Quinta and everyone, even a 93 year old guest who was in the waiting area, noticed my hair was longer on one side. I paid $80 for a terrible uneven cut at Red Angel and only $30 for a fixed (and improved) cut at Wondercuts!!! During my fixed haircut, the stylist pointed out numerous other imperfections that she fixed and I left Wondercuts with a 100000% better haircut.

Red Angel owes me a refund for the terrible hair cut and their unwillingness to fix it. They are great until you have an issue. The lack of customer service and unnecessary annoyance that this caused me on my day off was really not cool.

Basically don't go here for a cut (maybe a color as that came out okay).
