On vacation, my sister & I decided to go to the movies. She had been wanting to see The Forge & it was playing here. We purchased our tickets, drinks, and got some popcorn. 45 minutes into the movie, the movie stopped showing. I went to the counter and told the young lady. She came into the theater asked if she sold us the right tickets, took our tickets to her manager, then came back into the theater and told us the we needed to go talk to the manager. When we walked out of the theater back to the counter she, the manager informed us that the cashier sold the ticket for wrong date and that there was no way to continue watching this showing. She did refund our money and give movie passes & that is fine. We came for an experience, we are from two different cities on vacation with plans today because we go back to our homes tomorrow. This was disappointing. Do better Regal. We did not sell ourselves the wrong tickets but ultimately we paid for your mistake by not getting to see the movie.

I visited 11/30 to see Gladiator 2 at 6:50pm and I hated it. Here's why:
1. Dirty. The bathroom was not cleaned and had no soap. When leaving the establishment, the concession area floor was dirty. Trash all over. My seat had drinks and trash around it.
2. The door to the theatre room made a loud banging noise everytime someone when in or out. It was very distrupting to the film.

Also the sound quality wasn't that great. No seats that fully recline and where you can lift for feet and lie back.

Come extra extra early! Expect long waits for tickets. You can only purchase onsite tickets in the concession lines! I prefer not to buy online due to the service fees tacked on.
While I DESPISE having to wait in the concession line just to buy tickets the theaters are comfortable & clean, though you can never be sure if it will be an ice box or warm. They don't have candy bars to eat like a classic Snickers?! The employees are friendly.
I just wish they'd have a dedicated line for the quick movie ticket purchases! I lose my excitement when confronted by long slow lines for my tickets.? Otherwise they'd get 5 stars.
Please bring back a ticket window or a dedicated register for ticket purchases at the concession stand!

The experience would be so much better if the people firing and hiring would hire a MUCH MORE PRESENTABLE EMPLOYEE. Although the staff was nice and accommodating enough... the mere presence of some of the staff was as if I was in a low-budget Tim Burton knock-off film that had a low-grade cast.

Side note... presentation is important.

The place seemed clean.
The bathrooms were clean.
The selection on snacks was typical for a theater.
The commercials prior to the movie were highly propagandist and repetitive. I don't need a theater or anyone harassing how I need to accommodate others by Injecting myself with corporate poisons and toxins.
STOP WITH THE PSEUDO PHAMA HARASSMENT.

Overall I am happy with this theatre, but the odor is terrible. It smells like wet, mildew carpet.
I’m not usually one to complain, but even the chairs felt damp. I think it needs a revamp and new carpet. 🙁 The odor is just THAT bad.

Regal should really invest in some dehumidifiers for inside the rooms. We were in theatre #1 and it felt like we were sitting on a porch after the rain which I can only assume is what is adding the the smell of the place. Sound wasn’t great quality either and place overall just needs an update. Staff was great though!

Cleanliness was NONEXISTENT!!! carpet smelled like puke, theater chairs were broken and smelled like cat pee! theater wasn’t even cleaned prior to entering showtime 20min early. Drink options were very limited. Bathrooms were dirty! Update Update Update!!! Clean Clean Clean!!! TO
TOP OFF MY EXPERIENCE AFTER WATCHING THE MOVIE WENT TO RR ANDDDDD THERE WERE GERMAN ROACHES!!!!!
