THEY LITERALLY CLOSED WITH US INSIDE!!! Went to see the new Transformers movie (Great movie btw). Concessions were fine, customer service was fine. Place smelled mildewy, but nothing too unbearable compared to some other reviews I’ve seen. Movie was supposed to start at 9:00. But my brother and I got there at 8:45 and the screen wasn’t even on. Finally came on and we proceeded to wait 30 mins for ads to finish before starting! However that’s beside the point. Anyway, as we were leaving, everything was shut off! My brother and I looked around and couldn’t find anyone. Finally as we were walking out, an employee started walking out behind us. No joke, they just straight up said, “Oh! Have a nice night”. Like really? I DO understand wanting to get out early. I’m a college student too, I get it. But you guys close at 11:30. Typically you stay open until you’re closed. Or at the VERY LEAST, check if there are still people inside. No one came in to clean or see if we were even there. Yikes!

For a Friday might where your would expect the concessions to be stocked they were out of everything we tried to order so I just settled for regular popcorn instead of the Cheetos flavor for my son. Didn't even offer a discount of any kind and for $30 you should get what you want off the menu! On top of that the other theater in town has not just 1 but multiple flavors of popcorn salt where none at all here not even plain, like really? Won't be back here, forum 8 definitely getting my business from now on.

the only big theatre in columbia. feels empty. a-lot of the time, but youd be surprised. all of the employees are uber friendly and are quick to help. no complains! RPX is pretty good, but its no Imax. Nice place.

Bought tickets and selected seats on the app. They changed the movie start time, the theater it was playing in, and my seats without any sort of update at all - the app won't even update the information. The seats they moved me to were the randomest shitty seats imaginable. Tried calling the theater and they not only let it ring until I hung up, but they picked up the phone and hung it up without even knowing who or what the call was about. An absolute joke.

Has good Parking, lines are normal. Getting tickets are functional. Only suggestion is to get new seat or deep cleaning. Last time I went, it smelled like wet grass.

We had a pretty unfortunate experience here sadly. Visiting from out of state to see family and we came to this theater to see Wicked in RPX and… the Surround Sound wasn’t working. That’s kinda the whole reason we paid extra for the tickets so we could see this MUSICAL with really good sound and it was extremely quiet the whole way through, very disappointing because we’ve waited a long time for this movie to come out. I informed the staff about the sound issues and one of them just kinda shrugged and said, “Yeah we’ve been having problems with that.” Okay, then my question is why are you still selling and charging extra for RPX tickets if you know there’s a sound quality issue with that auditorium? As far as the theater itself goes, a lot of everything else there just seemed kinda dated. The seats were not like the ones you would have in more modern or renovated venues that are more spacious and can recline and all that, they were more of the classic movie theater seats which is fine, they were just uncomfortable and a little behind the times from what I’ve become used to. The bathrooms weren’t the cleanest either unfortunately. A few odd smells wafted throughout the building like mildew and what not. Two stars instead of one because the staff was nice enough and calm in demeanor. So yeah unfortunately I did not have a great experience but I could’ve looked past the other things if the sound quality in the auditorium was at least up to standard. I just really wanted to hear a nice full sound for the great score that Wicked has.
