Regal Edward’s Big Newport sets across from Fashion Island.

The facility has handicap accessible parking, doors , seating and bathrooms.

The lighting was appropriate.

Sound was excellence. Images great quality. The seats recline however - the seats , flooring and bathrooms could use a serious deep cleaning.

I recently visited the Regal Edwards Big Newport Movie Theater in Newport Beach and I have to say, it was a truly amazing experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who were eager to help me find the perfect movie to watch.

The theater itself was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The seats were comfortable and offered a great view of the screen from every angle. The sound quality was awsome,making the movie-watching experience truly immersive.

One of the highlights of my visit was the concession stand. They had a wide variety of snacks and drinks to choose from, including specialty popcorn, candy, and nachos. The prices were reasonable and the staff was quick to serve me.

Overall, I would highly recommend the Regal Edwards Big Newport Movie Theater to all the movie goers out there, if you think you’ve seen them all, you’ve gotta try watching your next movie here at this movie theater. it will 100% exceed all your movie loving expectations and will be the best movie watching experience you’ve ever had!! it definitly did mine!
I will definitely be returning in the future.

Such a nice theater to visit. Love the leather reclining seats. Had to be one of the fanciest Regals I've been too. Super clean inside. Plus having my Regal unlimited is key.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience. My ticket was $22 and my seat was old, peeling, and cracked. I paid $32 for a personal pizza and small popcorn. The pizza was slightly burned and the popcorn was stale. The staff wasn’t very friendly, but not rude either. The only positive is that the theater wasn’t busy at all so I could quickly move through the concessions and to my auditorium. The lack of customers is probably a good indicator of the mediocre services provided.

Great theater with a huge screen and incredibly comfortable seats. The amazing sound and picture can improve even the worst movie. For that, this theater is worth the time, effort, and money. The staff is friendly and helpful and willing to accommodate any reasonable request.
The only drawbacks- and they prevent this from being a full 5 star review- is the amount of previews and ads before the movie. Come on, three is great, five is enough, anything more is punishment and when I pay premium prices... I don't want punishment. But when subjected to seven previews... it's a drag.
Still, hard to say no to this theater. Check it out.

The seatings are huuge. The sound are amazing. Although, even better😁 there were only few of us, watching the new JIGSAW. Sure that movie ended, like a blink of an eye. Not to mention, wonderful staff. Awesome manager. Nice restroom. Clean enviroment.
