Misty and her staff were awesome! From start to finish, they made the entire process easy and my daughter and son-in-laws wedding day spectacular! Misty listened to my daughter and executed her vision perfectly; not an easy task to create in a large blank hall!
The food was amazing as well. Guests, even those who were some of the last served, said it was delicious!!! I couldn’t be happier with everything!!!
I have to mention that this was done during the pandemic of 2019 and several modifications needed to be made. Misty had plans for all of that, but still stayed true to the entergrity if my daughters vision!
If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!

We had our wedding reception here and I was absolutely amazed with Misty. The decorations were beautiful, the staff was very attentive, and the evening went off without a hitch! The food was incredible and the cake was outstanding both in the way it looked and tasted. I would highly recommend this team for any big event you are planning.

Misty from Reinhardt Circle helped us with my daughter's outdoor wedding this spring. She did an outstanding job--came to the site and helped us decide what was needed in the way of tents, tables and chairs--even an air-conditioned double restroom trailer! The food was fresh and excellent, and set up and take down all went very smoothly. I highly recommend Reinhardt's to others!

Reinhardt Rentals decorated my sister's wedding and transformed an outdoor pavilion in a park into a stunning fairytale. Everything was just so elegant and stunning. During the entire evening guests would come up to me and tell me how beautiful the ceremony and reception is. And, it really was. This company captured exactly what my sister wanted and helped make her dream wedding come true!

While the food was very good, the service and quality of rentals was very poor. Tablecloths were wrinkles despite staff insisting they had been ironed. Two dozen glasses had lipstick on the rims.
Food was supposed to be available for 1 hour and after 50 min it was being taken away. Guests were trying to get more food and things like butter and it was embarrassing to me as a host.

Insisted on serving the meal from a mud room entrance to the venue where dirty, muddy equipment was stored. Left trash and food stuff in the kitchen area of the venue. Venue owners unhappy with this as well as server’s verbal complaints/ insults regarding the venue.

Contract notes that the rentals were to be returned “by” Monday, however, they were unavailable to receive them on Sunday. They insisted the contact reads the rentals must be returned “on” Monday.

Never once was there an apology for the rude behavior and dirty/unacceptable rental item.
Very disappointed and would NOT recommend.

While Misty was very excited and interested during our consultation, the end result was very poor.
I ordered 225 cupcakes for my wedding and the arrived at our venue with half of them dumped over. Donita delivered them and told Misty that she shouldn't have to fix them because it was our fault. (We didn't offer to help bring them in, they just started handing them to us to bring in) After many phone calls and numerous false time promises, Misty did come fix them 5 hours later.
As far as the price.... My bill changed 8 days before my wedding. (What are you supposed to do at that point--- so I paid her an extra $50)
Just FYI---- A lot of people have told me their bad experiences with Donita's catering after I shared my story with them.

Misty helped me and my party planner out in a major way. I came to Donita's with big ideas that turned into successful realities. My specialty cake and rented materials really set my 30th b-day party off the right way. My party guest's where very impressed and even want to do business with Donita's, even though we live 2 hours away. It's worth the drive.

Good venue to rent for different occasions like a baby shower, birthday party or wedding. Has a lot of potential. The only unfortunate thing is the entrance/exit of highway is dangerous when turning onto the street to access this building.
