Love,love,love this mom and pop buisness!!! They are so extremely helpful.they take the time to explain how to fix stuff on my r.v. myself.i don't always have money to have them come out to the house, and they're understanding about that and not trying to make money off someone in a tight situation.they even pull up diagrams on the computer to show me where parts are and how to put them in.most businesses won't take the time to do that.other places make it all about how much they can make off a person. off .even the cost of parts there are comparable to ordering them online.highly recommend this family owned buisness!

Man can't say enough about these people. Called day before a pass through. Set a time pulled in and had me gone in less than a hour. He could have really taken advantage of situation for the problem we had. But they didn't, showed me a fix for our hitch he didn't have a part for. Really appreciate people like that. Thanks

We were traveling through Susanville and had an issue with one of our slides. He took time to help get it adjusted and back in. Unfortunately, it needed parts he didn't have and we couldn't wait on them, but he got us where we could travel with it and didn't take advantage by charging us an arm and a leg. I highly recommend this business

JD and Shannon are great. You get big city service in a small remote location. They've gone above and beyond expectations. Absolutely have recommended them to RVers passing through their area. They even offer mobile services which typically saves you time, and we all know time is money.

Shannon at Reliable RV, Susanville, Ca. is an angel. We called 5 minutes before closing. She waited for us to arrive after closing time. She then helped us find the parts we needed and the tools to put it back together, that we didn’t have. Her customer service is amazing, pricing very reasonable & she allowed us to stay & fix it on her property. Thanks Shannon!

JD and Shannon are the best! Even in the summer when they are super busy, they are always willing to help as much as they can. I have taken my Pleasure Way van there many times for a variety of service and parts, and have never been disappointed.

We woke up today to find our battery was low and command center screen said our slides, awning, and levelers were disabled. My husband stopped by Reliable and they came out and to look at our 5th wheel right away. It was our converter. They replaced it and we are good to go. Very nice and knowledgeable people. We were visiting here in Susanville had to leave tomorrow. We highly recommend them.

JD Is a great guy! I was camping near by and my RV toilet ball valve broke. He didn't have the part in stock but had a toilet in his junkyard that he let me take the part out of at no cost. He was very helpful and accommodating.
