Me la pase genial, buena música, aunque como buen latino la verdad es que extrañe el reggaeton. Lol. La gente de la barra súper carismática, buen ambiente y buen setlist a pesar de todo.
$15 de cover y bebidas $15 aprox e/a.

Lugar de mal servicio al cliente! Todos los trabajadores tomando aun estando en su horario de turno !! Me acerque aun mesero si me podía atender teniendo una botella de cerveza en mano, le pregunte si podía ordenar comida, y me dijo que estaba fuera de servicio y luego revisa la hora en su teléfono y me responde lo siento aun sigo en rejój ahí uno se da cuenta lo alcoholizado que esta !! Y me responde que la cocina se cierra a las 8 pm , por la cual en la entrada me dijeron que aun servían comida !! Después de esperar 1 hora en la mesa sin tener a alguien que me atendiera! Pero si viendo a muchos empleados en las mesas sentados tomando y aun con el uniforme del nombre del bar , se me hace muy mal mal ya que uno como cliente espera tener un servicio

ES UN LUGAR CON UN MAL SERVICIO, DESDE LA RECEPCIÓN, HASTA LOS MESEROS, Y CUIDADO ME ROBARON MI CELULAR. Y NADIE HIZO NADA POR VER LO QUE PASABA. SUGIERO UNA REVISIÓN GENERAL DE TODOS LOS SERVICIOS PARA QUE DEJE DE TENER MALA FAMA. HORRIBLE.

Rich’s is hands down one of the worst nightlife experiences I’ve ever had. The staff at the door are rude, unprofessional, and clearly untrained. Security seems inexperienced and far too young to handle the responsibilities of managing a club safely.

The lack of oversight inside is shocking—they allowed patrons to overdrink to the point where a visibly intoxicated girl had to be carried out. It was an appalling sight and a clear reflection of their irresponsibility.

Customer service is nonexistent, and the staff’s attitude is outright disgusting. This establishment lacks basic accountability and respect for its patrons’ safety and well-being. It’s a disaster waiting to happen and should honestly be shut down.

Avoid at all costs.

See photos below (drunk girls passed out being carried out) this place, its staff, patrons and management should really step back and take a good look at the negativity they bring to the city.

I highly recommend The Lafayette Hotel and Downtown… sadly Rich’s is a dive now, and lacks and character, don’t waste your time, money or SAFETY! The bouncers are trash and high key pedos, don’t let your friends come alone and watch their drinks

We had a blast here on the emo Taking Back Thursday night. The bar staff is all super sweet, including the gogo boys and DJs and bartenders. There is a huge patio here if you’re not feeling the DJ or the night. We loved having the option to go from the emo night to the hip-hop night but wish that the Latin/hip-hop side would have been more Poppin. Big Ups to the taking back Thursday DJ, who is so sweet and kind and also put on a killer performance.

Went to Rich’s to celebrate the Pride Kick-Off Party. Tonight featured performances by Kandy Muse and Jessica Wild from RuPaul’s Allstars Season 8 as well as music from DJ John Joseph. The place was decorated beautifully for Pride and the music was booming and definitely kept people on the dance floor.

Drinks here were somewhat expensive but that’s what you have to expect at a club. Both bartenders we went to poured heavy and honestly we didn’t have the same experience with watered down alcohol that other reviews have noted. Both were extremely friendly and efficient despite the number of people they had to serve. We were a little disappointed that Kandy and Jessica only performed one song each. It was a long wait for a somewhat short show. While we were happy to be there to see them it was a blink of the eye and they were finished.

Rich’s also had a large outdoor area which has different music and is more of a place to have conversations instead of dance.
Overall it was a fun night. I only take them down a star due to the short show and a desire that they had mixed in some Reggaeton with the other music to give everyone some variety.

If someone stole ur phone make sure that u leave a bad review here😁 sings in the club don’t really help. They just open ur bag while you are dancing and take ur phone.
1. Noone care in the club about your phone and they will never help you. Even if you text them…just get a new phone, don’t waste your time.
2. Police will never come too.
3. If ur phone will appear in LA - the tall thin black guy stole it.
4. Richs has many phones in their storage but u will never find out if they have your phone there.
5. Apple care theft and lost+icloud backup might save your night😁
