This is a tough review to give. My wife and I live 5 minutes away so we were really rooting for this place. The first few times we went here in 2022, the food was amazing and the experience was great. Something changed. The menu is different, the food is wildly inconsistent, and they often have a single server to cover the entire dining room so getting a second drink is a nightmare. Three separate occasions we have visited and still waited 30+ minutes WITH a reservation. It pains me to say, we have not and will not be back. We now take our business to Union House which is in walking distance.

Cute fun restaurant with excellent service, and great food. Roasted brussels were delicious and generous serving. Wings were meaty, large and crispy. Burgers were flavorful and cooked perfectly. Excellent friendly service. Definitely recommend. Our friend loved his porkchops Tomahawk!

We've been going to Riverview on Tuesday nights for a couple of months now. We get the Double Deal where you get an entree and a cocktail for $15. Always something interesting on the menu. Go early, they open at 4, and be sure to make a reservation! The outdoor seating is lovely!! Only drawback is the parking...wear comfy shoes because you might be walking a block or two!

Such a great place. The staff, atmosphere, food and of course the drinks are so good! Update as of 5-8-2024 we went to dinner and had an awesome time. I got the tomahawk pork chop that was the best pork chop I have ever had, see the photo...don't sleep on this place just go...

Stopped in for just a drink on a Saturday night. Very busy, nice to see people out and about. Sat at the indoor bar, took about 10 minutes for the bartender to acknowledge me because it was so busy. Once he saw me he was very attentive. People around me were eating dinner. I asked the customers how everything was and they said it was good. I will most definitely go back to try the food for sure. The bar menu looked pretty good too. The inside of the restaurant is very nice, and they have an awesome outdoor area for drinks and food. Really nice place!!

So much potential! But alas, we can't have it all. Local place for us. Great location and atmosphere for cocktails as the bartender makes great martinis, service is second to none, but for me, the food menu is limited. I believe they strive for farm to table atmosphere, but sometimes you just want a good steak and potatoes. If that's what you crave, this isn't the place. If you like charcuterie boards and other light, fresh and creative meals, then this is the place you'll love. This is a shame as i have to drive 30 min to bordentown for steaks. Between the Union House and this place, you think there would be a decent steakhouse in Burlington. ?

We just had a small second wedding here as it holds a special place in our hearts. We had our first date here and have returned yearly on our dating anniversary. I can’t say enough about our wedding here. It was perfect in every way. The drinks were great, price was right, food top notch, and atmosphere perfect. The owner Adrian is more than easy to work with and accommodating and his new event planner Jenna was the perfect addition for planning and to help the day go smoothly. The ceremony set up was beautifully and holding the event on a Sunday gave us the entire restaurant (for reference we had roughly 40 guests) Anyone looking for a small affordable wedding celebration, do not overlook Riverview. You will not be disappointed.

I really like Riverview. They have an excellent happy hour. We love to sit at the bar and hang out. The food is really good. We recently had Sunday brunch there. The best thing to order is tuna tartare. Skip the waffles. They were terrible but everything else was good. I highly recommend drinks and dinner and a walk by the river. The staff is fantastic!
