Had a wonderful experience with the staff at R-W Funeral Home when our much loved Mother passed away. Sara was our contact person. When she met with my brother and I to make the arrangements, she was thorough in explaining the process of getting our Mother from Prescott back to California for burial. Thank for guiding us through this sad time in our lives.

We can't sing enough praise to Ruffner-Wakelin Funeral Home. When Mom passed we needed to bring her back to California. The thought of having Mom shipped over did not sit well with us. Ruffner-Wakelin guided and assisted us at every step and we were able to have one last journey home with Mom. Details are so important during this fragile time and RWFH took care of them with the most authentic and empathetic care. We dealt with two funeral homes (Arizona and California). If we had to pick between the two, Ruffner-Wakelin wins over hands down. My family cannot thank the staff and owner enough for helping us take care of Mom.

OUTSTANDING
This business was amazing to my family. Kelly and her team were perfect in every way. I’ve never dealt with the responsibility of needing to take care of plans after my father’s passing. I set up an appointment, walked in to meet with Kelly having not one clue how this goes or what I should be doing. We’re in our appointment and I’m crying on and off trying to keep it together talking about my father as she’s consoling me and giving me tissue for my tears. This lady, she literally took the stress of planning on her shoulders helping me every single step of the way. Guiding me through all of it, suggesting things I had no clue I even needed to do. Not only was she informative and reliable, she was one of the most genuine and kindest people I had ever met. Kelly and her team were a true blessing in this most difficult time. Words cannot express how grateful I am. I highly recommended this business, literally an outstanding experience under the circumstances. My father was laid to rest with a perfect service to honor his life. Thank you again to Kelly and her team. ?

Meghan & the team at Prescott valley Ruffner- Wakelin helped make very Sad experience of losing my precious Mamma truly better. And they actually looked out for me with advice beyond the scope of the Job & I'm receiving money back from them! You see my mom and I were new up here We are patriots And love it here! So here I am in a new state & town Don't know many people. I lost my mom unexpectedly.She only got to enjoy life here for a short while. I can truly say they looked out for me & my best interest, I am thankful and would recommend them.!

The staff at Ruffner and Wakelin funeral are so amazing. Not only did I feel like they genuinely cared but they even continued to reach out to me and ask how I was doing and have offered to help in any way possible. Sara was the woman I worked with and she was so kind and helpful that I truly felt like my loved one would be respected and cared for like she was their own family.
