We saw a theater performance and a concert at this performing art center both were wonderful experiences. It's been newly renovated. Our seats were in the second row from the orchestra pit. We noticed that the first row up against the orchestra pit did not have much leg room, and some people had to sit sideways because they're knees, were hitting up against the barrier wall! Until they fix this, I would not recommend sitting in the front row. They have concession stands. Therefore, no outside food or drink is allowed.
You can find parking in several different parking lots or on the street. I recommend parking in a lot. If you show your theater ticket, they give you a discount. Also, several eateries and restaurants nearby offer a 10% discount. If you show your theater ticket.

Good venue to see a show, parking is easy and there's plenty of eateries within walking distance. 👍 We enjoyed the Joe Bonamassa concert there this November and will return if there's a performance booked we'd like to see.

I always look forward to show days... this winter season has been really good... we just seen Hamilton... this past Sunday (1/25) It was my favorite 🤫 I am definitely looking forward to the rest of the season... the companies never disappoint 🥰

First time at this venue, but certainly not my last. So impressed with the seating. Very comfortable, not at all cramped. I don't believe that there is a bad seat in the house. For personal reasons we were seated lower balcony, row k, seats 101 and 102. This is far right of the stage but once Hamilton started I felt we were Center stage. Amazing. Looking now to book another event at this venue.

I’ve been seeing Broadway shows and comedy events at this venue for over three years now, but upon my most recent experience, may not be coming back. I’m a season pass holder and was excited to attend a recent Hamilton show with my family. There was a family of two adults and a child who had to be around the ages of 5-6 sitting directly in front of us. Throughout the show the dad kept playing on his phone, talking to her daughter, his daughter was climbing on the banister in front of her and even stood up a few times during the show without being told by her parents to sit back down. It was incredibly rude behavior and distracting from the show. I talked to an attendant during intermission, and two other family members of mine talked to some other attendants as well. The attendants said nothing could to done and they only speak to other guests if they’re video taping or taking photos of the performance. The second half of the act the dad and his daughter talked off and on the entire show, he continued to be on his phone, and the show was completely ruined. My spouse even asked the dad if he could stop talking as we were in the theater and he did nothing. I’m incredibly hesitant to renew my Broadway season tickets here again or see any other show here. If people are on their phones, bring rude and non-stop talking during a show and NOTHING is done about it by the staff at the venue, that is a hard pass for me to ever return. Broadway tickets aren’t cheap and I deeply feel that other guests should be able to have a positive experience as well- and that bad behavior should be addressed. Be warned that if someone is talking during a performance here next to you or being rude, nothing at this location will be done about it.
