We have come here time and time again, and we have never been let down. The quality of the food is superb; spices and taste is incomparable. Ordering is quite easy, and they are extremely friendly! If you’re driving through and want some quality food that tastes just like it was homemade, then definitely stop and indulge yourself.

Utterly delicious food! Chhole bhature were tasty and had unique taste. Mix veg paratha was great. Most favorite were the samosas! Never have had such fresh and flavorful samosas in California! The sides include pickles, onions, yogurt and homemade butter.
It’s a small food truck and few outdoor tables. Service was fairly quick and very reasonably priced. Location is convenient from I-5 S. Highly recommended!!

Amazing food and service. We stopped by this place en route to Bay Area. Easy to find , nice menu options and hot and tasty fresh food. One of our friends was jokingly saying that he will drive to LA more just so that he can stop by this place . Gurjan Sandhu is very happy to serve customers and very friendly. Great food.

The aloo gobi was another standout—perfectly spiced, with tender potatoes and cauliflower soaking up the fragrant masala. Every bite transported me to the roadside dhabas of india where simple ingredients are transformed into something extraordinary.

And then there was the tea—absolutely superb! The perfect blend of spices and milk, it was the kind of chai that makes you want to sit back, relax, and savor every sip. The meal not only hit all the right notes in terms of taste and quality but also offered incredible value.

This spot has now become a must-stop on my drives to LA. Whether you're craving a hearty meal or just a quick chai break, Sandhu Dhaba delivers an experience that feels both nostalgic and incredibly satisfying. If you appreciate authentic Punjabi flavors, generous portions, and warm hospitality, this place is definitely worth a visit!

I was so hungry and been up since 3am on the road driving to San Diego. I had Google best food near me and this place popped up as #1 on the list. I have to say awesome authentic taste. Yummy delicious! We had ordered the cha, veg Biryani, mix parantha, butter chicken, goat biryani (moist, very flavorful and the spice was perfect). My husband says this was the best goat he has tasted. It was not gamey, not dry, not salty just perfectly well cooked). The rice was nice and fluffy (so full of flavors). You can just enjoy the rice by itself. The meal comes with two sides that pairs well with it. The parantha was extra large! Wow! This satisfies my foodie craving. The finishing touch was enjoying my hot cha tea. I am energized and ready to hit the road again. Thank you for a wonderful relaxing meal. It was well worth the stop. We will be back again for sure.

this really is the most delicious and authentic Punjab food we’ve had in California. flavour is exceptionally full and nuanced. not westernised but genuine and hearty. service was great, folks were so friendly and welcoming, and offered a couple extras on our large order. just great all round, making it a regular stop from now on 😁👍👍
