Sherwin-Williams Paint Store would not let my father park his truck which had broken down for one hour while my son was on his way to pick him and the truck up. They did not offer any help in any form or way, but instead, made him drive the smoking, almost on fire, truck down the road. Thanks Walmart Neighborhood Market for letting him park. I will not give business to those who are willing to sit back and watch people suffer. Especially those who are elderly. Respect your elders!! Do better!! I hope this gets a zillion views.

...and once again Sherwin Williams does NOT disappoint. This was our first time visiting this particular store and man, I don't know how SW does it, but their customer service is beyond reproach. Ryan Moore was AWESOME (as was the other gentleman at the counter ... I forgot to get his name)! He offered helpful suggestions without ANY type of pressure sales - was knowledgeable, extraordinarily kind and seemed to genuinely care NOT only about what would make US happy color wise, but price was as well. Their products are incredible and they stand behind the quality of same. I will NEVER EVER buy paint from another store. Well WELL worth the expense. Thank you guys! We'll be back!

The older gentleman behind the counter acted like helping me was a waste of his time. Whether it was because I was female or because all I had was a picture to go by. I couldn't even get him to point me in the right direction. I wasn't asking for a perfect match to the color just something similar or close that I could choose from. The younger boy who came over to finally help me was as helpful as he could be. Pointing me in the direction I was needing. The whole time we were talking with the younger boy the older gentleman was behind him shaking his head with everything we said. Well thanks the the younger boy we ended up with an exact match when I got home. I work in retail with the public and the way I was treated like a waste of time isn't a way to treat your customers especially if you want repeat business from them.

Sunday 11:04 entered the store on 71B Ft Smith. Waited 15 minutes not a word from the girl behind the counter. She was mixing 5 gallons of paint no one else in the store. Obviously didn't like it that she was working and no happy I was at her store. After waiting and waiting I left! Very poor attitude!
