If you’re thinking about going to the store, I would suggest you skip unless you want to be overcharged for sale items. They refuse to help us on the sale floor and when they finally did, they had a huge attitude about helping us. My mom and I both went in and spent around $200. My shoes are on sale for $29 and yet they charged me 40, my mom bought a pair of shoes for $140 and they charged $170. This does not even include the sales tax. they did not honor their sale system whatsoever and then try to hide the fact that they overcharged us for the items that WERE on sale. I personally felt like the store clerk pocketed the money because it makes no sense why he would overcharges when the sale stickers were literally right in front of his face as he input the prices into the cash register. The workers knew that my mom and I had both bought a pair of sale shoes for ourselves along with many other shoes for my four kids, as they SEEN us grabbing the shoes from the sale areas and they helped us to pick some out!!! Avoid this place at all costs because something shady is going on in this location!!!! I also have tried to call multiple times since I live an hour away from the store, but they never answer the phone apparently.

Rude customer service. Wile searching for a shoe size, I suddenly needed to use the WC, (I’m diabetic), I asked both the attendants at the front register for there restroom and they flat out said they do not have public restrooms.

Surprised of there answer, I explained that I was there to make a purchase and that I could understand if they denied the use of there bathrooms to people that just when y in the store to use the WC… clearly that was not my case.

They did not care and instead with little or no regards to my health… they told me to go out to “Burger King” a block away and then come back again to buy my shoes. 😖

I told them that ones I was out that store I was not coming back, and they just smiled showing no respect or interest. I definitely will never come back to this place nor recommend others to come here.

Fortunately, I went down the hill the next day, and made an awesome purchase at the Nike store.

I bought a pair of flip-flop sandals for 1999. I wore them one time for about 10 feet. They hurt my feet. When I tried to return them within the 30 days, they said the shoes had been worn. I am very dissatisfied and I would advise anybody who buys shoes there to be aware. If you wear them, you cannot return them.

I'm leaving for lack of service. The young lady's that I assume are working here. They not only did not even attempt to help us but the lights were off and they went into the back while continuing with whatever they were talking about. We walked the store with mask so I don't understand why no one could even greet us. We left because when they came back out they just stared at us making the situation even more uncomfortable.
