Back door is real on this store. Yesterday 02/08/25 i went to go wait in line til they open at 10am hoping to get my sz10 of Reimagined Black Metallic 5. When the store finally open these employees start announcing that the biggest sizest they get is sz9.5 so a lot of people in the line left. I was curious to see if if could get a sz9.5 and thought about just buy the sz9.5 and swap it somewhere at marketplace instead, after i get my pair i walked out and start walking to where i parked my car somehow, the person that was in the line in front of me pulled over and start to asked if i could buy his pair of sz10 for $320? And i was shocked, i asked him how could you get a sz10? And he told me he knows the employees at this store and their secured his pair already before they open that day. This is what i dont like about shoe game nowadays. I hope this employees get what they deserve. I will be calling to one of the Shoe Palace Rep online to report this.

I walk in the store which is nicely put together I admit. To bad that's all I can tell you, first mistake I found a pair of Nike Air Max plus that had a tag in it for 39.99 that according to the cashier on manager that it was a tag that a customer probably switched out. Anyways, I'm getting ahead of myself. First off I held up the shoe. The girl look right at me. I said I like to try these on and she said okay. Start work towards me and after I turn my back she went back to phone her t-shirts. Anyways I waited for about 2 minutes before I get attention again as I want to try these shoes. Oh yeah I forgot. After getting me the right side of shoe I tell her if she could tell me the price and she says 2007 shoes is 39.99 and she said that's the wrong price. That message they lost. Since you have to own a price tag on the item. We got a big argument. Not too bad of an article. It refused to sell the item quite rude about it and try to blame a customer and that there was no other customers at the store and refuse to someone at him. I think the store should be on our price as such because just that's the way it is. It says Nike Air Max in it. It's just says junior Air Max. I didn't realize I send Julie in my eyes are bad but still they should run another price or done something of some starred discount to honor and not been so argumented against it and quite rude and got upset when I recorded the video. In the end I'll walk out of the store and told him I won't be back and you just missed out in a couple hundred dollars sale. I found this stores employees to be quite rude and irresponsible.

I give two stars only because I can not discredit the one nice young lady who did help us. We made one purchase and decided to immediately make another. At this time the young lady was busy with another customer, I asked another young lady who was busy bringing big boxes back and forth from the back if we could have some more help. She directed us to the "manager" and he was not welcoming, he said he didn't know why she couldn't help me because he was the manager. He was standing there doing nothing, but choppin it up with the "security" guy. We stuck with the one purchase, but your business lost another $300 because he was very unprofessional. The "managers" & employees are the face of the company. I won't shop here again nor would I recommend.

Closes at 8 but locks door when seeing me come to the door at 748pm. Missed out on $500 purchase already knew what I was buying. Employees refused to talk to me when I asked “thought you closed at 8” through the door
