I sent my spouse to pick an order up from me and he was told he could not pick the order up because he was not on the list to pick up my order. That was not the problem because I understand policies and procedures. The issue was when he asked to purchase the shirt the manager did not assist him in finding another shirt, she just stated all the shirts are over there, 1st of all he did no know what I ordered and 2nd she was no help at all. Not sure if she was having a bad day but that was HORRIBLE customer service and we will not shop there again.

Normally great staff but here lately been dealing with some real jerks. Didn't want me to use military discount because I'm a veteran and not active, I spent two years in Iraq with the army as infantry, but yet these Air Force guys who do six month deployments and been in the military 9 months can get it. One other time I went inside to buy piercings, for my wife, I personally do not have any so I don't always know what they are called, so I asked the lady for help finding a certain color and piercing (and I was the only one in the store at the time), she said they are all right here, just find what you like and she walked off. In the case she pointed at were all different styles and colors, so I said forget it and took my business to hot topic.

I'm only giving a 1 bc it makes me give at least 1 star. I absolutely HATE this store! Never been a big fan but tolerable to go in with my older kids. The associates obviously have a problem thinking everyone is a thief, & watch out if they actually "know you" & don't like you, then u really better watch out! I'm just hoping they have cameras to back themselves up when they accuse an innocent person for their personal vandetta. Get a life girls, not everyone is a thief, & getting revenge is not the way to go!

I LOVE THIS STORE. I used to sneak away from my mom in the mall when I was little just to go see the dildos?Now I go for incense... buttons...accessories...and books...I still love Spencers
