Great place to rent a storage unit. Very clean and great staff. Alexis was super sweet and professional. She assisted me in picking the right unit and was very informative. From guiding me every step of the way on how to access my unit and show me where it’s located. Such a beautiful soul with so much patience. Thank you again.

If your looking for a clean and secure place to store your belongings this is the place. Facility is new and the girls in the office do a fantastic job maintaining it. I helped my friend Harry with his moving in and I was completely impressed with the professionalism and customer service that Monique and Melissa provided. You can tell when someone enjoys their work and takes pride. Thank you, ladies for your attention and the cold water bottles.

down to 2 stars after an incident.
UPDATE 12/28/2024 SEVERAL LARGE UNITS BROKEN INTO 12/28/2024 AROUND 7AM USING BOLT CUTTERS.

Office staff will not show the security footage of the thieves. With a storage unit like mine with so many different things, its hard to know what they took so I wanted to see it in real time. When I asked if they filed a police report for the break ins they responded "its not our stuff, why would we file a police report?" ....maybe because people broke in to tenants of your facility for starters.

Easy access, rent goes up quarterly it seems.

what a great place! The young woman who helped me was very friendly and helpful. She gave me a tour of the property, answered all my questions, and helped me find the right unit. The whole facility is kept very clean and very secure. I feel like my belongings are safe being stored here. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Melissa is the best employee here she learned everything from her sister who ran the property. Will drop anything she’s doing to help out or even try and get you the best unit for your buck!. Storquest has an asset with this woman’s customer service . Thanks I will be sure to reccomend friends and family 🙏😎

Great experience here. Unc Sam needed me and I had to put my things in storage. The Manager, Castle, has always been great to work with and Chase is also a friendly guy. She is always attentive and easy to work with. Good clean facility to store your belongings with great service.

They accidently ran my card 2x and it took them 11 days to refund the double payment. Was told the GM needed to approve all refunds. Okay, I understand procedures. Yet, 11 days is unacceptable. Plus not even an apology! And don’t get me started on how they continue raising rates.

Total disappointment.
