El servicio fue pesimo. Y la comida fatal, orrible, ordene fajitas de res y me dieron de pollo. Tuvimos que esperar mucho con mi familia.para la comida. Lo unico bueno fueron las bebidas. Pero la comida y el servicio muy malo.

Upon arrival the aesthetics were great! The grounds were well kept and the restaurant was very clean. The bathroom was very clean and well Stocked! There were a lot of options for non alcohol drinkers and vegetarians. We ordered the Mac and cheese pops. They were well seasoned and very good. We also ordered the spinach dip. The dip was a bit watery and could have benefited from
More seasoning. The drinks were good. And most of entrees were well seasoned but the veggie burger had to be sent back. I would definitely come back. Our waiter Jon was amazing. He was kind attentive and made our experience great!

The Sugar Factory is perfect for the pink-loving girlies with its over-the-top decor and vibrant aesthetic. If you’re all about those Instagram-worthy shots and flashy goblet drinks, this place will definitely deliver. However, don’t expect much from the food—it’s pretty basic and definitely on the pricier side. The real draw here is the colorful, playful vibe and the fun, eye-catching drinks. If you’re in it for the photos and drinks, it’s worth a visit.

We went out for a girls day. We were greeted with friendly staff. You can make a reservation ahead or take the chance and go in. We had pancakes, macaroni balls, burgers and a stir fry. All were amazing 10/10 food and service. A couple of birthdays were happening during our visit and the crew had a lot of energy. The prices are on the expensive side but it’s all worth it because of the portion sizes and flavor. Skip the CHEESECAKE FACTORY and go to the SUGAR FACTORY instead. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My family and I normally visit the Atlantic City location but decided on trying the Cherry Hill location since it was closer to home. That was a mistake cause this location does not live up to the Sugar Factory standards! We felt like we were eating dinner at a senior home! Definitely wasn’t the experience we were hoping for!! This location is extremely small, the pink room is only available if you rent it for $500 and the circle booth is $300!

Let me start off by saying the decorations and the layout of this place were beautiful when we visited last month! The food and drinks were overpriced and I expected the food and drinks to taste out of this world, but the food and drinks weren’t giving. When the drinks arrived, the server was pouring our drink and spilled my friend’s drink on the her and on the table causing all of our drinks to be taken away and a delay in our meal. You would think that they would have refunded us for all of our drinks, but they only refunded us for the drink that spilled on our friend. The reasoning was that they moved us to their VIP booth which was “valued at $300” and gave us free dessert which wasn’t explained to us in the beginning and didn’t ask for. The booth is a regular leather both with fake flowers and lights behind it and isn’t really private, so I don’t see why they would charge extra for it.

First of all, the setup is adorable! If you are a photo/selfie person, you will love this place. The food is also delicious! These are, without a doubt, the best chicken tenders we have ever had. The only downside was the service. It wasn't very busy, but we spent a lot of time looking for our server.
