I had a problem with the finance team. I was waiting at least 4 days and we were worried for my loan to go through and my car was sitting at Gilory Tesla lot for 1 week So called Joe he is the GM at Gilory Tesla and he said he would look in to the matter and less then a hour our loan went through and had our car the next day!!!! JOE is the Man!!! If you need help Joe is the 1 to call thanks again for great customer service JOE 😊👍

Superb experience test driving the Model Y performance. It is impressive that they let you drive the car alone for an hour without the salesperson. They even let me drive another model after I had test driven the first one for an hour.
The agent answered all my questions on the spot, and they do not pressure you to buy.

They reached out to their warranty team and provided a reason why the work should be covered. I'm very happy customer and will continue to do business with Tesla. Thank you.
I brought my car to gilroy and so far, they have an Excellent service. Friendly staff, fast response, and really listened to the customer. Lastly, they got my car fixed in quickly and ready to go. I'm very happy so far, the mobile service was amazing as well. Highly recommend gilroy service center. Thank you and keep up the great work.

Ashton is the best!!! He helped me out through the whole purchasing process. I had an issue where my advisor wasn’t responding to any of my messages. The General Manager, Joseph, is knowledgeable, and great with customers. We were lucky enough to have him help us buy our first Tesla in 2020, and his service was so exceptional we asked for him to assist with the second Tesla purchase even though we live states away. What a messed up place. We are from Sacramento got a car 2 months ago. Not only dealership approved the loan, which in 2 days got denied over the phone, but after refinancing they did not get in touch regarding registration for a month. When I finally contacted the dealership, they sent the wrong paperwork - wrong leanholder information but they also wanted me to backdate the paperwork. When I asked to send the correct information, they said it will take some time, it will be 2 months by the end of the week. I asked manager to call me back twice, never heard back. Super unprofessional with paperwork, focused on sales ONLY. What a horrible place. Nightmare to deal with. Update on 9.15.2024 temporary registration expired, Uber and Lyft denied my husband from work due to expired registration. I am with a newborn at home on maternity leave. Beautiful job, I hope you all get your KARMA back asap
