This is a little slice of heaven. What a nifty joint. A little swanky spot with yummy hand crafted cocktails. Such a great atmosphere. Get here early though. The place tends to fill up. Another great feature is that it connects to the wildcat around back. So you can always start your evening here and then transition to the kitty later. Really enjoy their drinks in this cool retro-like place.

Great new spot! Was able to try all the specialty drinks off their cocktail menu and each one was better than the previous one. The Smitten Kitten was my personal favorite, but each one seemed even more unique and delicious as the previous one. If you find yourself here when you're downtown, I'm sure you'll be able to find the right drink that is just the right fit for you!

The Bobcat room is my favorite place for a drink in Santa Barbara. The bartenders are creative and pour a delicious drink. The atmosphere is so comfortable and retro; it's a great place for an intimate drink with a friend or to have a party . Love it when Rainbow Happy Hour meets there

The drink selection was okay, a little small, but had a decent amount of options regardless. The servers were great and attentive. What really had my experience go down hill was the bouncer(s). One viewed my boyfriend's ID, and the process was pretty standard and quick. For me, it felt like an interrogation. While the "official bouncer" (dressed in appropriate security attire) was viewing my ID, shining his flashlight at it, bending it a bit, whoever he was with kept asking me questions and it felt a little like harassment: "What year were you born?" "What's your address?" I would respond, "Down the street here..." and he followed up by "BUT WHAT IS IT, WHAT NUMBER?" Agressively. And in my head, all that information is on my ID, and he wasn't even the bouncer, he was dressed in casual attire and just conversing with the bouncer prior to us arriving. Was it even his job? "Do you have another ID with your birthday on it? Credit card?" It was extremely rude. It was a Friday night, around 9p. It wasn't busy, I was just wanting a drink to wind down. Only reason why this review is receiving more than 1 star is because the girls were great. The guys could be replaced. Not sure if I'll be returning.

The 21 year olds go next door to the Wildcat, and the 30 plus to whatever go here. Great looking room, decent drinks, but if you are looking for conversation and a less predatory element, you've got some great lively alternatives. Recommended though for a periodic visit.

My credit card was flagged for fraud after coming to this bar. I used a credit card I rarely use when I came here for drinks and the following day several fraudulent charges appeared. Drinks were mediocre at best and overpriced for your typical college-scene watering hole. If you like sloppy drunks, fraud on your account, bad dancers, or bottom shelf liquors, this is the perfect spot for you.
