This event space is perfect, the owner of the place is accommodating to your needs. If you are avant-guard, gothic, circus theme or whatever you please they can make it happen. They are always on time, make a great spreadsheet of your needs to time schedule. But as a client you have to be there and ready with the hours you buy. But overall I would recommend this place. I did 2 events there and they were soo Amazing and the staff has great hospitality.

Absolutely had a wonderful time! I booked the venue for my birthday party with 50 guests. Ann and the team were very communicative sharing with me all their services for the venue. The whole process was very smooth! My guests and I had a wonderful time! If you're looking to book an event here, I would definitely recommend the Count's Den!

Beautiful space, really wonderful staff. I've never had a bad experience here, and I keep coming back. There aren't a lot of places that opened their doors to so many fringe communities here in LA during the fires, but The Counts Den (and Rachel) offered so much security, community, and support. On top of offering a stunning and deeply considered aesthetic, they area generous team with good intentions that bolster up the people that make Los Angeles so incredible. I strongly recommend visiting, booking, or working with this group.

I have seen all different types of events at the Den — birthday parties, weddings, concerts, immersive shows — and not once has the Den’s team dropped the ball, every time creating something totally unique and new to suit the client and the event. The Count's Den is an amazing venue! Extremely detailed and imaginative design. I've been here for multiple shows, and have always been astounded at not only the production values and decor, but the extremely talented staff and performers who create incredibly immersive and memorable experiences. Plus, you can rent it out for private parties and weddings!

This was one of the most delightful experiences our company has had, and I can't say enough good things about Rachel and her team. From the first email to the event, the customer service was exceptional and we were able to put together a fantastic afternoon and evening of escape room fun, plus happy hour and charcuterie and tarot card reading! My team has never given me so many compliments as they did after this event, they said it was the best one to date! I highly recommend this venue and really hope to go back again for another event soon.

Beware: We recently had our wedding at the Count’s Den and we highly recommend staying clear of this establishment.

While the Count’s Den has the potential to be a magical and memorable place to get married, its owner and operator has no business coordinating, hosting, or officiating weddings.

We met with Rachel on multiple occasions and explained/ outlined all of our expectations. She agreed and on the wedding day she was not prepared, delaying our ceremony and reception by two hours.

Additionally, after paying her to be our coordinator, we were responsible for 90% of the coordinating. We had to make the schedule, direct and inform her staff, and had to make sure everything went smoothly. Rachel ended up disappearing for most of the reception.

Rachel’s original agreement was for us to meet with her one last time to do a practice rehearsal and decorate the night before. She decided to book a last minute event for that night and told us that we could do the rehearsal and decorate the day of. We agreed to it after she convinced us that we would only need three hours before the ceremony.

On the day of the wedding she told us that meeting three hours was too much time and that she was not going to allow us to be on the property until 4:00pm. Mind you, our doors were supposed to open at 6:00pm. We get to the venue and Rachel and her team were far from done.

The tables were a mess, decorations were not finalized, seating arrangements were done incorrectly. The front display did not even get decorated until fifteen minutes after the doors were supposed to open at 6:00pm. It wouldn’t have even been completed if we did not remind one of Rachel’s staff to put it together.

The rehearsal and pre wedding photos were never done. Everything had to be rushed and done chaotically to get everyone inside. We only reserved three hours of catering service so once everyone got to actually eat, we only had an hour left. Some of our guest ended up leaving since they were tired of waiting in the rain.

Thanks to our family, we were able to finish the wedding and reception with some class but our wedding should have never started the way it did.

Just threw my wife’s birthday party here, and it was awesome! I was kinda nervous about planning from a different city, but the staff made it so easy. They knew exactly what we needed and were super fun too. Every time I looked around, someone was there making sure my wife was having the best time. Couldn’t have asked for better service!
