Update to my original review: Originally my rating was low, but within two hours (or less) of posting my review, Zac from The Freeze Dried Candy Store attempted to reach out to me - I couldn’t answer since I was at work - but without even talking to me first, he figured out what item I didn’t receive in my order and already had it prepped for shipping. He also let me know that they added a couple “extras” for the hassle. I don’t know why others have had bad experiences with their customer service, but the way this shop took accountability and then corrected the issue makes me believe that they do in fact take pride in making sure everyone has a good experience with them. Their prompt attention and how they chose to resolve the issue is what made it easy for me to change my rating to a 5.

Original Review: Honestly, most of it tastes good, but they didn’t include all items of my order. Where’s the quality control when packaging up orders for shipment? I ordered 2 of the same item (on purpose), was charged for both items, and received one. Based on others’ reviews, it sounds like it would be a hassle to get their error corrected so I’m not even going to bother with trying, but not receiving everything I paid for definitely makes me want to shop local instead.

Ordered 8 items and only received 6. The flavors were incorrect as well. Customer service is horrible, still missing what I paid for, and no response from them even after a week. Save your money and don't order from here. Complete scam

This was my first order from this candy shop and I loved the candy, the only issue I had was with the chocolate fluff bars I wasn't expecting them to still be in the OG packaging, inside the Candy store's bag but I'm gonna assume it's so they don't smudge, melt or create a mess, however still very tasty! Will be ordering again in the future!

This will be my first and last time buying from this website. My package arrived crushed as did most of the candy in my package. They should really ship them out with fragile labels. All my candy was dust.

Cody is wonderful to work with for custom orders! The candy is not only delicious, but also incredibly eye catching in the packaging. My company was super pleased with our order and looks forward to working with The Freeze Dried Candy Store again in the near future.

I don't like to leave bad reviews but this was not a good experience. Some of the bags of candy in my order came half full and mostly crushed powder in the bottom of the bags. I emailed 2 times and no one responded after I spent a lot of money on their website. The other candy I got was over dried and way too hard in comparison to other freeze dried candy I've had. Very disappointing.

No purchasing whatsoever. My card was compromised and used to purchase from this website. I was able to get ahold of someone last night, who apologized for the issue and said they would not ship it out. I have since had my card replaced and the money credited to me. Thank you for the help, it means a lot. Feel free to send me all the free samples you want and we can call it even. Lol

Best candy ever. This is the second time ordering. Got our order today. Both shipments arrived quickly. Everything is delicious. The gummy bears were a bit squished but still tasted great. The crushed candy dust in the bottom is soo good. Our family fights over who gets the candy dust because it's a flavor explosion in your mouth. We will definitely be ordering again.
