The Hendricks steakhouse offers a Sunday brunch with great food and service. The entire family enjoyed it and we will be back. The steaks on Friday and Saturday nights are delicious and worth the trip!

Long post but I want to lay out the full scenario..... My wife and I went for date night this past Saturday night. We walked in at around 8 o'clock. They were clearly not busy. The atmosphere was cool and they had a small band playing. We waited as the hostess took a call in order while two servers stood behind her talking. After the hostess finished the call, she asked if we had a reservation. We did not. She replied, "We aren't taking any more walk-ins because we are short on servers, sorry." She went back to writing down that call in order and we left. It was very confusing. They weren't busy, they were open for another 3 hours, and the two servers standing behind her weren't doing anything. As we left I roughly counted 16 people in the entire restaurant. Before we went to Hendricks, we were told that the food was good but the service wasn't. Not sure about the food but we are sure about the service. I'm not sure if we will try to go back but it definitely wasn't a good first impression.

Great spot not many people really know this but NBA Legend and Champion Quindary Weatherspoon was actually born here. Pretty Cool!

Really nice venue, a cool building with lots of history and space. Great food and bar. Also, beautifully and tastefully remodeled. Would highly recommend for any event venue needs.
