Went to this cinema last night to see Den of Thieves for the last show. The ambiance upon arriving is stunning, lots of cafes, small retail shops, VR gaming, and very well lit! The restaurant has a huge TV and well stocked bar, friendly staff and a nice wine selection! The theater in now my favorite place to view any movie, very roomy, with seats that recline, you could literally lay down if you’d like! Only down side is refreshments aren’t available until the end of the last show. I could even get a water. Ordering from you seat is as easy as pushing a button though! My movie was long and I got thirsty again. If you are ever in San Ramon or in the area go see a movie or have a drink! HIGHLY RECOMMEND !

Always love the lot! But the caramel popcorn we ordered today was so burnt. For $11 a bucket, I expect more quality control 🙁

We had an excellent time seeing Moana 2 today. This is a great upscale theater that is a special treat to visit. I love the flavored popcorn selection and the espresso bar as well as actual cocktail bar. Anything you could possibly want, plus great seats. I wanted to personally mention Jared who was working at the concession counter. He was super friendly and kind to us, and quickly willing and wanting to help. So refreshing to be helped by someone with such high energy coupled with a wonderful attitude. We accidentally left our Moana popcorn bucket in the theater and came back later for it but of course it was cleaned up already. Without hesitation he provided us with another so my girls could take one home. Excellent customer service!

Unique place. Very cool atmosphere. It's a movie theater inside a restaurant inside a movie theater inside a mall inside and outside space!

Modern looking decorations modern heat lamps with outdoor seating, but the very unique open bar concept and top that off with a movie theater where you can order food and have it delivered right to your seat!

We were there to have some drinks after a business meeting with our team. So about 9 or 10 people.

The atmosphere blows you away, however, the food and the drinks are underwhelming. Sorry!

Again beautiful concept, great atmosphere, excellent staff, the food needs to up its game to match the decor.

Before you go to the lot, beware. Maybe they should have named it “the little” instead of “the lot”. Last night we went to the theater and ordered food, which totaled to be $100. My husband ordered a steak sandwich, medium rare, and ended up getting a chicken sandwich, which was no more than chicken fingers on a bun. I ask him on the way home how his steak sandwich was and he said that’s not what I got. They gave me something different. The food runner didn’t do anything about the situation at the time. The spaghetti Bolognese was cold and didn’t taste good. It was missing that richness that Bolognese should have.

I called back today and spoke to a gentleman named Alex, who kept kicking the can down the road. When you’re eating in the dark at a theater, you expect the taste to be exceptional. It just wasn’t. Don’t tell me there’s nothing you can do because I know there’s something I can do. Movie goer do yourself a favor and eat elsewhere before going to this theater. Don’t buy into the hype of having food in the theater being a good thing.

The thing is when you screw up a food order the kitchen knows what they did. They know that the wrong order was sent somewhere because the right order is probably sitting on the counter getting cold.

With service like this, this place will not be in business very much longer. This issue was taken all the way up to the general manager, who once again kicked the can down the road. Good job Bishop Ranch. You could be a very classy establishment, but instead, you’re nothing. You have earned your one star review because I cannot give it a review any lower.

Today was my first, last and only experience at The Lot. Family and friends had raved about this place, so I finally decided to bite the bullet and check it out. I took my daughter and her bff to see Moana 2. Upon checking in, I was told about all the options they had and could order food from the seats. I was stoked! We get to our seats and the trays are gross and things are sticky but luckily I carry sanitizing wipes with me cuz ewww! I placed an order for food, drinks and popcorn with a very nice waiter. My food arrived maybe 5-10mins later. The movie starts and we haven't received our popcorn or drinks. I push the button again and a different waiter comes over and brushes me off for asking if he might know where our stuff is even as it's been over 30mins since I ordered while everyone else has their food and arrived much later than us. I had to leave in the middle of the movie to speak to a manager, who also couldn't find my order, had to pull up the charge on my phone, and interact with the rude second waiter to try and figure out what's going on. The first server comes over and gets everything back on track. I'm able to go back to my seat. A server brings the popcorn and drinks up and is rude as well. My bad didn't mean to inconvenienced them into doing their jobs. The initial server comes over to apologize and say he's going to request a refund of some sort from his supervisor. During this entire time, the food I had received almost am hour ago is now cold which contained french fries and over 10mins of the movie was missed. My job is also demanding but one thing i always remeber is the client comes first and when they do, they'll continue to use your services. I'd rather stay home or go to a drive-in than be forced to eat cold food, receive horrible/rude service and pay almost $150 for food, treats and movie tickets to be inconvenienced... nah I'm hella good! I don't think I'd recommend this place to my worst enemy.
