Everyone should have their wedding at The Millbottom in my opinion. The building itself is breathtaking, not to mention the opportunity to take pictures at the Capitol. The venue manager Marki is spot on and quick to reply (which is always great for stressed out brides). This day was so magical and if I had to do it all over again, I would absolutely have it at the Millbottom.

I went here for a work conference, and it’s an excellent space!! “Sky-high” ceilings, exposed brick, a terrace. It makes a conference atmosphere all the more enjoyable. Plus it’s right down the hill from the state capitol building!

As a wedding photographer, I LOVE visiting the Millbottom! The addition of the getting ready suite has been a game changer for getting ready photos, and the venue itself is absolutely stunning! I love how you can mix elegant and modern/industrial styles in this venue. The close proximity to the capital building is so convenient for photos. I truly feel at home when I visit and can never wait to be back.

The Millbottom is just a few steps away from the beautiful Missouri Capitol in Jefferson City. The venue is beautiful. It was originally a power plant built in the late 1800s and became operational in 1905. The interior is a beautiful mix of old bricks and industrial metals. It can hold a capacity of 250 guests. The staff is friendly, professional and have experience doing weddings, corporate events and small intimate gatherings. There is also a loft that can be used for bridal prep. This venue is one of a kind in the mid Mo area.

Our daughters wedding and reception was held her great venue. Every one had a great time plenty of parking plenty of room. Beautiful building. We were cleaning up after the event they have a large 3 bay sink but only had luke warm water.

Such a beautiful venue! We had our wedding here this last weekend and everything went so well. They are super easy to work with throughout the whole planning process and answer any and all questions. There is so much potential at this venue to make your vision really come to life and the suite in the loft is amazing as well! Such a spacious place with really nice amenities to help your day run smoothly.
