Good venue for a classic rock show. Bartenders were working their tails off, but their PoS system is pretty convenient and quick. Mixed drinks were flat because they were pouring soda out of juice containers, but they were pretty busy. They've got a coat check, which is rare and convenient. Parking is pretty sparse so rideshare is recommended. The wait for a ride after wasn't too bad (10mins). Bathrooms are pretty nice for a concert venue. Overall a solid experience.

My Wife and I saw AWOLNATION here Saturday 4/5/25 and it was a great show. Concessions were affordable and the Truman has an awesome stage you feel like you are stage front even from a distance. Looking forward to many return visits.

I just saw Sevendust here and they were fantastic as usual!
The Truman is a nice place. It was my first time there. I was a little worried about parking, but we found a spot a couple blocks south easy enough. When we came in we were also a bit concerned there were only 2 bar tenders as the only bar, but after walking onto the main floor there were 2 more bars, so it was well balanced.
The sound could have been better. It seemed like the bass was higher than necessary and drowning out the vocals, and even guitars.
Overall, I would come back here for any of the bands I enjoy.

This venue is great! The sound was incredible, and I loved how intimate and simple it was. Loved seeing Natalie Jane in January 2025!

All staff interactions were pleasant - they are very kind and helpful.
Venue is nice & clean. They have concessions, but we didn't purchase any. Side note, they marked everyone's hand in line/before going in either over/under 21.

The concert we attended (Josiah Queen, AWESOME) was general admission, standing only - some seating with tables on the upper level, but can't speak to that much. Seems like they probably had good view & sound, though.
Even with all the people in there shoulder to shoulder, I was kind of cold the entire time in a sweatshirt - those extra large ceiling fans do a good job of moving the air. Husband also in sweatshirt was comfortable. This was early April, though.

Parking is limited, so they wisely encourage carpooling. Street parking is an option; we parked in a nearby lot (to the South) for $10 cash, which we thought was reasonable.

Fun event 2-26. Joy Oladokun was here! Excellent laid back crowd and performance! Great venue for live music.

Great concert venue. The bummer is that if you don't get your tickets early, you may not have the VIP lounge option. So, if you don't get VIP or qualify for ADA... like, you are old enough to not be comfortable standing / jumping/ dancing for a few hours... then, best wishes!

Long line to get in. This concert most folks are over the age of 50yrs old & above. This venue has such a long line, it goes down the street. The Venue does not have any kind of benches on the sidewalk set up to help folks, or any trash barrels set up for any of the bottles or cans of alcohol & other trash: so it is not just left on the ground all up the block ( like it was). It is sad: that this venue does care about the neighborhood it sits in. Plus as we got to the corner of the build ( out front the was a big piece of insulation: about 5 ft in length) the kind you put in you attic, just laying there on the curb, more trash.
Then you get in there is no place to sit. So if you are handicap or not a spring chicken. You are in trouble.
Later was able to find a handicap section. To the front of the stage area. Mind you they Did Not Set Up a BIG Area for Handicap Patrons & there guess to sit & enjoy the concert.
▪︎▪︎So "Buyer Beware" everything was general admission, no seating.
