I had a few items that I need to return to the manufacturer for replacements because of a recall. The shipping was prepaid and had to go through UPS, I rarely choose UPS on my own, but had no choice for this. I brought the printed return labels and packed the items in a box. I didn't tape the box closed but I've never had an issue anywhere else with that, USPS & FedEx simply tape the box for me. At this store however the young lady behind the counter told me I needed to tape the box, but told me she would tape it. She printed me something, it was like a sticker, and told me it was my receipt. I didn't look at it, I was in a hurry rying to get errands done before heading out of state. What this employee gave me wasn't a receipt, what she gave me was a sticker label. She set the box aside, and its now been more than a month later, and the manufacturer hasn't received my return. Either this employee doesn't know how to do her job, or she purposely didn't do it correctly so she could keep the toys inside, idk, cuz those toys are recalled toys, so I certainly hope for her own safety she didn't take them. I haven't bothered going back to the store because the sticker label she gave me doesn't have a tracking # on it, so no way for me to check on it. I will never go to this store on Florin rd again. Crappy & shady employees.

- My friend selected paid 3-days selection rate after the staff’ve told her 3 delivery options. They were a next day, 3 days, and 7 days select rate. But I’ve received my package on 7th day delivery. I called UPS customer service for requesting the partial refund. She said UPS only refund for a next-day delivery option. She said it is a UPS policy!! And the staff said the package is delayed due to a weekend!!!
- If UPS doesn’t have any policies for refunding 3 days delivery, they will not have this selection. However they did and are doing. They are doing a dirty trick.
- Please ask them carefully before sending your package at UPS!!

Horrible experience. Fraud and humiliation filled establishment. If you like to deal with sketchy individuals who in a rude manner try to rip you off every single service and item in their store then this place is for you.
I went to print couple of files. 1page each. Simpe task you say. I told one of the employees. Let me send you one file and you can print it and I'll send you another one meanwhile (I had to look for it). She did and I asked container for printed label. She gives me total $1.17 for 1 black and white printed page... I thought she might've charged me for this label container and I didn't question the price then.
I finally found another file and sent them to email. "Your total is $1,17." Says employee. At this point I realized I'm being ripped off. Instead of advertised price of 0.15c/page. They charge 1 dollar to receive an email (which by the way is never mentioned anywhere) and on top of that 0,15c per page.
I questioned this absurd fraud and she brings manager.
Meet Cindy. She'll make even this simple task hate your life! From the get go she started in rude manner point to the A4 paper where it apparently SHOULD give me an idea of their true pricing. I read the paper carefully and it never mentions they charge $1/letter received. It says computer/usb use $1 which I never actually used. And I pointed it out. She again in the rude manner says "it's in our system it's not a retail store!" At which point I told her that they should follow advertised pricing in their business establishment. At which point she told me "take a picture and go to consumer affairs than!" I thought taking picture would be actually a good idea and proceeded taking it at which point she mumbled to herself thinking I didn't hear "idiot".
This experience totally devastated me. I can't imagine how far they go scamming people at this place if they go that low ripping people off for $1...
People please be aware!

Don’t let 2.7 star reviews scare you. It’s normal to every other UPS store tbh. I just finished with all 6 no box no label Amazon returns and the male staff seem patient and chill with dealing with two people and the huge line.

I am unsure why there are so many bad reviews about this UPS store about the Amazon returns, but my experience has been awesome. Both, my wife and I have returned Amazon packages here, and it took less than 5 minutes and the staff was friendly and helpful

My wife visited the store and was told her package/box was not suitable for shipping....it was shipped to the house in that box from UPS so not sure why it wasn't suitable. My wife believes that the white lady "helping" her wanted to sell her unnecessary items. (I say white lady because we did not catch her name)

My wife left the store and visited the Calvin UPS. They took care of her with no hesitation or questions. Don't support this store.

Response to the owner:
The package was already boxed and ready to go. Taped up, labeled, and no unnecessary stickers. Items were boxed in "Certified" UPS packaging. Instead of assuming the items were not packaged correctly or shifting the issue on the customer, please focus on training your rude staff, that's also another issue I've dealt with personally at this location.
