I do not know what's going on with this theater, but our last two visits have left us frustrated. Went to a movie this past Sunday.. they were out of a few soda flavors, no bottled water, and no hot dogs. I'm sure there were other things they were out of, but those were the items we were interested in purchasing. Guess I need to bring my own food and drinks! We experienced the same thing recently when we went to see another movie.

I recently visited Valley Cinema and had a great experience! The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were friendly. A special shoutout to the manager Hannah, who went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience and even recommended some good movies to watch. The theater was clean, and the sound and picture quality were top-notch. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to enjoy a great film in a cozy environment.

The kids love it, and I have never had any problems. The self-service ticket machines are great because you can buy online and print them out without having to stand in line or talk to anyone. It's pretty clean inside.

The lobby and theatre areas were fine, but the men’s bathroom smelled of STRONG urine. Like a pet relief station in an airport.

If I could give the theater a negative star rating I would. It had been awhile since we had gone to see a movie. While the movie was great, the theater was sorely lacking. From the appearance of the employees to the condition of the theater. 3 of the young men working the concessions had wrinkled shirts and long hair hanging in their face. The theater was in need of a good cleaning. The floors, seats and arm rests were sticky and looked as though a broom or wet rag hadn’t seen them in a very long time. The upholstery of the seats were ripped and peeling. Next time I’ll save my $50 and wait for it to come on demand or I’ll drive the 40 minutes to Anchorage.

Highly disappointed to show up to a movie we bought tickets in advanced for to find the whole top half “reserved”. There should be something on the website stating so. Wouldn’t have bought this time if we knew.

The concession stand is always very low stocked which is disappointing for my grandkids. We went to a movie about 2 weeks ago and they had to select candy from about 4 choices. My granddaughter chose milk balls and they were so stale and inedible. The popcorn was good but next time I'm bringing candy for the kids.

I went to the 3pm matinee on Sunday and the cinema did not have hot dogs or any hot foods to speak of. Slushy machine was not working again. The floors in the lobby were atrocious. Popcorn and trash everywhere. The staff apparently had time to stand around and talk but no time to clean the floors. Grossly mismanaged.
