We loved visiting Turiya winery. Loved talking with Angela, winemaker and owner, loved learning things from the insider and trying her crations Malbec and Petit Verdot. I am not wine specialist, but I loved how these wines are full of taste and rich and complete but yet totally different in perception. Thank you Angela.

Absolutely great wine. Full-flavored and well balanced. The tasting room is warm and cozy. Lulu greats you at the door with a smile. Angela is so warm and knowledgeable, just a great person. She is more than willing to take the time to talk to you and answer all your wine questions. We live in Florida but have spent our last 2 wedding anniversaries at the winery and plan to come back in years to come.

Angela and her ability to craft reds that fit a wide variety of palates is something that is a huge highlight for Turiya wines. Out of the five my girlfriend and I tried, there was not one dislike among the group.

She was also amazing as she introduced each of the wines she selected for our tasting. Not only did she gives us the flavor notes behind them, she also provided the information behind each of the grapes she selected and why she picked them. The flavoring behind each of the wines seemed like it was a demonstration of her passion for her craft.

This is also coupled with the fact that she was so welcoming! She provided answers to any question we both asked with an infectious enthusiasm that helped create an ideal atmosphere that felt perfect.

I've known Angela and her passion for wines for quite a long time now from her days when she worked at another winery in Los Olivos. She spoke of her desire to start her own winery and made it happen a few years later.

Angela with her Turiya Winery is producing bold fruit forward wines with elegant balance and outstanding finish. I highly recommend her wines.

There's a really high chance the wine maker will be there pouring your tasting and ready to share her passion for her small batch wine. Angela is a generous and hilarious host! As a wine tour company we visit numerous wineries to experience Santa Barbara’s Wine Country. Hands down Turiya Wines in Lompoc is a standout. Our guest enjoy meeting the wine maker (Angela Soleno) in a behind-the-scenes style tasting adventure... she leads the groups through the winery sampling from barrels all while sharing her personal journey to establishing Turiya. She is very informative, knowledgeable and inspiring. If you find yourself looking for a ‘meet the winemaker’ tasting, this is the one.

A true gem, enjoyed a wonderful wine tasting experience with wine maker Angela Solano at Turiya Wines. We did the barrel tasting and were able to get a glimpse into the maturing and complexity of Turiya wines. The wine maker barrel ages for up to 3 years before bottling and then allows her wine to lay in bottle for another year before releasing. To sum up Turiya Wines "Patients plus Passion equal Perfection" If your exploring Santa Barbara's wine country and decide to try out Lompoc's Urban wine trail make sure you add Turiya wines to your visit.

Angela at Turiya Wines not only makes stellar wine, she truly understands the customer service aspect of the business as well. I recently had the pleasure of meeting her and being introduced to her wines at an event at the OC Great Park. My order wasn't quite right when I received it and when I contacted her, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was corrected immediately. Her beautifully handwritten note apologizing for the mistake was truly appreciated. Angela knows her wines - and appreciates her customers. It's been a true pleasure meeting her and being 'let in' on the hidden jewel know as Turiya Wines. I highly recommend anyone with a discerning palate to give them a try as I wait in anticipation for new releases to come forth. Cheers!
