I moved in 212 Clayton under some personal difficult times. I am honored to be a tenant here. The staff have been outstanding. Darrion, Kaylin, Jenna and all the maintenance guys have bent over backwards for me. The tenants are all so kind. I know no one here but never been a time in elevator or lobby where another tenant smiles and wishes me a nice day! I am currently looking to extend my time. The pet friendly environment is so fun. Not once have I heard a dog barking at anytime from my apartment. They must be happy too!. Kudos and happy holidays to everyone who keeps us safe and happy at 212 Clayton. It was fate!

I have been staying here at 212 Clayton for almost a year now and it has been the best living experience of my life. I love being able to park in the secluded parking garage with easy access to the building. Even though i don’t stay on the top floor I still have great views, and when I am on the roof the views are spectacular.

Everyone in the building is so nice and the concierge ladies are like family. They speak to everyone and make you feel great every time you see them. If you are looking for a new place to stay make sure you consider 212 Clayton.

I lived at Two Twelve Clayton for a little over a year and loved it there!

One thing I liked most about the building is the security. There was almost always a person at the concierge desk to greet visitors and direct delivery personnel. To go to any level on the elevator (besides the lobby) you had to scan a fob and depending on the time of day, you would also use the fob for the front doors. The attached parking garage is also card access only with assigned spots.

I rarely had any issues that required a maintenance request, but for the two times I did, they were fixed in less than 24 hours. I never had any issues with noise which was a huge plus.

Two Twelve Clayton is community focused and held seasonal events so you could get to know your neighbors and management.

You can also walk to a variety of great restaurants in the area and Peel is literally in the same building with fantastic food. The Galleria is right down the road and you’re super close for shopping in Brentwood.

Jenna, Erin, Darrion, and all the concierges were wonderful. I would definitely recommend Two Twelve Clayton if you’re looking for a place where you’ll feel safe at home!

Amazing location and staff that treats you like family. Rania, Taurus, Torrey, Ron, John, etc are great. Pet friendly. Amenities are awesome. Cons: Parking garage. People drive too fast and compact spots being used by large cars make navigating garage dangerous. Wish dog owners had better control over their pets.

Have been living here for 3 years and definitely love the friendly staff and appreciate the well maintained building. You can't beat the excellent Clayton location, with tons of great restaurants and quick access to the highway, not to mention, less than 3 minutes walk from both beautiful Shaw Park and the metro station. The staff has seen a lot of turnover but everyone is friendly and always eager to help. Every single maintenance request has been handled quickly and accurately. The parking garage also includes free EV charging stations as another perk. They have some great amenities including fun game room and rooftop pool as well.Just a fantastic experience all around.

212Clayton was a GREAT living experience for me. From the first time I walked in to tour the building to the day I moved out everyone working there was so friendly and helpful. My man Steve in the leasing office not only made me feel like family but he showed up everyday dressed for success and I just really loved that about him. It shows he cares about 212Clayton and the residents there. The gym and rooftop pool have insanely awesome views and the apartment itself was clean and modern. I was only at 212 for 1 year but if I was in STL longer I would have definitely renewed my lease to stay there. Great team, great vibes, great location. Cannot say enough great things about it! Thanks for the memories 212Clayton!

As someone who lived at 212 Clayton for 4.5 years, I feel like I have perspective on how things have drastically changed and believe that perspective holds some weight. For the first few years, this place was awesome! It had a community feel with families, young adults and hardworking people who just wanted to live in an upscale neighborhood if you will. It was luxury at it’s finest! Unfortunately, the tide drastically turned when 2B Residential took over. I fully understand that decisions are made at the top thus I point no fingers at any specific individual who worked on the property as most of them were very pleasant including all current staff onsite today. This is a review of the company 2B Residential.

Once 2B Residential took over, they successfully turned 212 Clayton into a college dorm. Feel free to check their Instagram page as they literally promote the fact that they were recruiting college students. When I think of ‘luxury living’, I don’t think of college students. Once the college students took over, the community feel was gone. Loud parties late at night inside apartments became a problem. Trash was everywhere to the point where they had to remove trash cans and send emails to tell people to stop throwing trash anywhere outside of the trash chute. After that, ironically, trash was still thrown on the ground where the trash cans used to be. Parking became a nightmare because individuals were sneaking their friends into the parking garage to the point where we, as residents, had to prove our vehicle make, model and license plate on several different occasions. Cigarette smoke inside units became a problem. However, I will give credit to 2B Residential as I believe after my many documented complaints about cigarette smoke with my next door neighbor, that individual was evicted. But again, not exactly ‘luxury living’.

The management team prior to 2B Residential would schedule monthly events that were fun and engaging which made the building vibrant! Since 2B residential took over, minimizing cost clearly became the priority so those fun events quickly went away. Ironically, they have jacked up rates so high that, apparently, it’s most affordable to college students.

Check their Facebook page. The cover photo shows a great picture of cabanas over a pool. Don’t be fooled as those cabanas have been removed. It looks great but it’s just false advertising.

I’ll end on a positive note that helps me avoid providing a 1 star. The maintenance guys are awesome! They’ll go out of their way to help you with anything. Seeing that the rent has increased so much at 212 Clayton in the face of a clear cost cutting by 2B Residential, you should be rolling in the dough and I thus suggest you give those guys a significant pay raise!

This is by far the best apartment experience I've ever had. From start to finish, these guys are top notch. Steven helped me in the beginning when I was looking for a place. He was patient and kind and never felt pushed to rent with them. They provided a great deal and exceptional service. Every single request I had, the team was all over it - with a smile every time.

Connor and Sean also helped when I was moving out by letting people into my apartment as I was selling everything. They even helped my customers move the furniture to their cars or even drop off at their house. Yet another example of how service-oriented these guys are.

The Concierge team was also amazing and friendly as can be. I would not look at another building if you are looking to rent in Clayton. This is the place to be. Great amenities, and wonderful community.
