Nice cocktail bar. Cool vibe, very dark and moody with neon lighting. I didn’t really love any of their cocktail offerings however the bartender was more than willing to make us something off-menu. The bar itself is well stocked, but don’t expect any super niche or extravagant liquors or amaros. Bartender and other staff were super friendly!

I was very disappointed and not happy in the service.
I planned my birthday party under the boot.
The host did not host the whole night. She told me she going to be busy and wouldn't be able to serve us the whole night and that me and my guess will have to go to the bar ourselves.
The presentation and sign was less than 30 sec.
When the host was serving my guess and I the champagne, a random guy took the bottle from HER/the host hand and put his mouth on the bottle and drunk it. When me and my guess asked for another bottle she said no.
The empanadas was nasty and she said she was going to tell someone in the back but never come back to address the issue.
The services suck badly.

I usually love this place for music and great drinks, been there often. However last night there was a doorman who refused to let me in and said I was drunk (meanwhile I only had. One drink all night). I even asked what was going on and he refused to talk to me, he only said this to my boyfriend. Apparently this is an issue here, I saw a post from 3 months ago. This happened to a designated driver while her drunk friends were let in. I think they need to review what a visibly intoxicated person actually looks like or they will keep losing good business. Upsetting experience.

Visited Under The Boot for the first time on Friday night for some drinks. The space is really beautiful and the music was on point. My wife and I sat at the bar and ordered a couple of beers. The menu listed these beers as $8 each. The bar tender told me (yes told me - no check was given) that it was $21.67. I asked if gratuity was included and he said "yes". I really don't like when gratuity is auto included and especially when the customer is not told that it is auto included. I find it just classless. Especially on a party of two sitting at the bar. I also shouldn't have to ask if gratuity is included. I typically tip $2 a drink anyways but but hate feeling like I'm required to tip - or even worse, a tip is snuck on my check. This seems like something management could easily fix in which case I would return to the bar for drinks.

Good lounge/club spot. DJ plays good music with good vibes. Biggest issue is drink selections. No spiked seltzers or spiked teas (both of which they have upstairs). So unless you’re drinking beer, be prepared to pay $18/cocktail.

Just my opinion, the atmosphere is pretty dope, all do I think is a little bit too dark for my taste. The Dj was cool, but the sound system was not great. They need to invest in a sound guy, shoot, I will do it. The limiter kept on kicking way too often. Also, the base was not up to my standards, and I noticed the Dj fighting with the sound, I know because I also Dj.

The most important part that I will have to say is that the bartender not only lost my wife credit card, but he also lost someone else credit card, and God knows how many Yesterday night, The best thing to do is, don't open up a tab...

This was my second visit. The first was better. But this place is way overpriced. Enough with the $20 cocktails . They weren't that good. The service was even worse. Scantily dressed for Halloween,fine they wanna make tips, I'm not prude but was surprised these were allowed to be worn. It was basically underwear. That's not the issue, I just thinks it's unprofessional and could lead to problems. The issue was I could tell the staff didn't want to be bothered by us. It was pretty empty around 8pm on Sat. Maybe they thought we wouldn't spend much or the way we looked, and I asked for one drink to share with my gf. We were on our way to Manhattan for dinner reservations, anyway we were given 2 drinks. Just by their attitudes,I didn't even want to say anything about the incorrect order. I know an eye roll would be heard around the world. Lastly the drink was watery and the almost $50 I left there felt wasted. I just wanted to show my gf the space and man did it cost me.
