Went and saw the 6:40 showing of ‘Beetlejuice Beetlejuice’ on September 12, 2024, and had to leave 30 minutes into the movie. The two young ladies on shift were smiling the entire time and even offered us tickets to come back another time because we had to leave early. Customer satisfaction isn’t just a word for these two. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was right before we left. We love coming here and will continue to come back over and over, ESPECIALLY if these two are working. Thanks a million 🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤

I wanted to like this theater, I wanted to give business to the community, I just couldn’t. Sure, the tickets are cheaper and the snack bar is cheaper but the good review ends there. My biggest issue with this theater after my experience there watching Deadpool 2 yesterday is the complete disregard for my time. I looked for showtimes online, the show was set to start at 2. So I arrange for a babysitter to go see the highly anticipated movie, bought my tickets which said 2, got my drink and cold popcorn (with no classic movie theater butter) and sat down in the theater at 1:55. Two rolls around and the movie doesn’t start. Then two ten…two twenty… two thirty five we learn that the movie changed its time to 3 AFTER we bought our tickets (by looking at their website to confirm the time. Out tickets did still say 2) And no one bothered to come tell us so I could maybe go run my errands and then come back. No one bothered to considered the fact I would have to tell my babysitter that I would be a whole hour later to get home. They didn’t care about that I bought concessions to watch a movie at 2 that would either be gone or watered down/not fresh at 3. I was very upset about the experience and though I want to support the local theater as I tend to go to the movies a lot, I probably will not be back to this one. The experience was much more stressful then it was worth.

I personally loved this theatre. Tons of snacks beforehand, clean and nice inside, and the movie literally started right on time. The employees were very kind and helpful. It's small, but I absolutely recommend going here!

Worst experience I have ever had in a movie theatre. There were several babies making noise in front of us. My daughter wasn't making any noise. They had a kid come in to check out the noise and proceeded to threaten to kick us out. The kid did not threaten anyone else whose babies were making noise. After calling them out on it, they just shrugged their shoulders. They did not talk to anyone else. I have never seen anything like it in my life. Spend money on gas and go to Reno. These owners don't respect you or your business.

We went to see the flash and had a great time. Good popcorn and the theater is nice and clean. A little bit older so the seats are old school folding seats and the screen isn't super huge. But really great staff is so friendly and helpful.

We basically saw a private viewing of "Pearl" in the microtheater all the way in the back and it was such an enjoyable experience! The picture sound and seating was very good, food and beverage were as expected... just an overall great down home small theater just like I remember from the 90s. Thank you!!
