Really nice theater with about 25 rows of seat. All seats are comfortable and large enough for normal adults and even room to stand up and dance if the event calls for it.

Two bars in the back with premium drinks and nice bathrooms.

Saw Dark Star Orchestra there and sound was terrific. Ushers were helpful and kept drinks off the stage. Would certainly go to an show there again.

Lots of free parking nearby as well.

As far as the venue very comfortable seats and I'm a big girl, great acoustics friendly staff it was awesome awesome awesome awesome awesome I wish I didn't have to drive 600 mi one way to get there or I go all the time.
As far as the band Dweezil Zappa and Friends, i've been a fan of his dad Frank V. zappa over 50 years, and now I'm a dedicated fan of his .
I love that he plays his dad's music and puts his little spin on it .
I love that he is producing his own music which is magnificent, in its own right.
Thank you Dweezil, I should have stuck around to talk to you however,I had to get back to Boise it was great 👍

We go to a lot of shows all over the Bay Area (usually around 40-50+ a year) and the Uptown is easily our favorite venue. It’s a beautifully restored theater with a fantastic staff of professionals. The house sound system is excellent and sound engineers consistently do an outstanding job. Erica is the manager and I see her before, during and after every show. She’s always there welcoming guests as they arrive and she sees to it that everyone has a great experience every time. Parking is free, easy and safe and there’s a nice selection of great restaurants within walking distance. The Uptown is about 45-50 minutes North of where we live in Walnut Creek. SF has The Fillmore, The Independent, GAMH, The Warfield (and many others) and is a little closer but we don’t feel safe around them any longer. I can’t think of another venue that has it all like the Uptown in Napa.

We saw Dogstar at the Uptown Theatre. This is a classy small theatre that has plenty of room in between seats. We had a couple of bottles of Mumms champagne. We sat on the left side of the orchestra seating area. Great fun!!

First time at this theatre. Saw Lindsey Buckingham perform onstage. Had 5th row, center seats and it was incredible. Clean restrooms. There is a bar too. We were so close that I felt like I could reach out and touch the performers. Comfortable seats and enough leg room for some that is tall too. Would definitely return to see another performance.
