I needed an odd-size area rug for my living room and immediately thought of Valley Remnants and Rolls. I knew they would custom cut your rug and bind the edges, plus they had a large selection to choose from. Matt helped me find the exact color I wanted. He was so patient, knowledgeable and professional. It only took a few weeks for me to get my custom rug. I LOVE it, and the price was very reasonable. Thanks Matt and Valley Remnants and Rolls. Highly recommended!!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Valley Remnant. I called for a quote, he gave me the wide variety of options they have... I let him know that we were a church plant and we're looking for 1800 square feet... He said that he had a piece in the back that he could sell to me for $0.50 a square foot but it was damaged. He wasn't sure how much there was and would have to check. He said there was a few different options at that price point with damaged material that we could choose from. He said it would be $900 for the carpet and I asked about install. He would refer me to someone to save money but that would take 5-10 days. He said he has multiple crews but would be about 25% more. Install price was approximately $900 for a referral $1200 for his team to do it. I was very excited about this phone call and rushed down to see what we were working with. Once in store he said he quoted me .70 cents a SF. And the guy that was working with me in store was trying to sell me a piece that was $2.00 a SF. I asked about install being 5 business days and he acted like that was going to be SUPER hard to accomplish as he was booking up until the end of the month. Ultimately he said the damaged piece was not going to work for our space. I'm not leaving this review because the piece did not work for our space. I am leaving it due to the complete misinformation that was given to me over the phone vs. when I came in store.

Great place for laminate. Very helpful staff, even went out of their way to find what i needed. Lots of styles and prices on laminate and vinyl flooring. Easy parking.

As a Real Estate Agent I have recommended several clients to Valley Remnants and I have also used them personally. I used them because they were reasonable and they could schedule installation in a timely manner. The original owner was an amazing man! Today I experienced the worst customer service from the new owner himself. It was not only me, I overheard him speaking to another customer the same. Very condescending, and extremely rude! I will no longer recommend my clients to this establishment. Anyone out there looking for a good company, I recommend Guys Carpet. I guarantee you will be treated with the upmost respect!!
This was all over a throw rug!

They pull the old bait and switch. I get a quote for square footage over the phone for a "perfect peice of carpet" that they have just for my project. I go into to look at it and the sales guy quotes me 3 times as much as was quoted and says the piece i went for wont work. Time and energy wasted. Checking out Guy's Carpet like one of the other bad reviews suggested. Honesty is hard to come by these days.

We bought our carpet and got it installed January 2022. We upgraded to a higher quality carpet paid more for labor since they said it was harder to seam. With in a few months we had seam failures. I am updating my comments as of today Matt and Ed came by the house looked at the issues and had some good ideas and looks as though they are going to work with us to make sure all is good. I will update again when completed but for now they are offering to stand behind their name. That is rare in todays time thank you Matt & Ed for coming out.

They sold me a carpet and installed wood floors the carpet started peeling up where's the carpet met the wood floors I called the management there was times so they sent out to install guy who install the carpet and he wanted to put a piece of carpet 1 foot wide by 8 ft long to replace where it was peeling up I told no that would look funny how I have a brand new piece of carpet with carpet that has been broken in and kind of Warren Inn it will not match and it is in one of the main walkways of the house where company in gas to see it so I called the management back again management does not return my phone calls and does not do anything to resolve the situation please do not buy carpet here if any problems or defects they will leave you hanging
