If you consistently want great seats in a clean, comfortable environment while avoiding long lines and big crowds, then VIP Lake West Cinema is just the place you're looking for to catch a flick.

The well-cushioned seats have high backs that allow you rest your head back, and there is ample leg room for even the tallest person. They come complete with cup holders, and the floor was clean, as were the restrooms. The staff was friendly as well. Tuesdays are discount days, in which the ticket price is $5.50 for all showtimes! I highly recommend this cinema.

On a whim, my husband and I took our four kids to see Croods 2. We bought our tickets on the website before our arrival which was a nice option. Food prices are low which is nice for a family of 6. And extra perk was getting free popcorn (a perk to seeing morning movies).
The facility was clean and updated. The staff was friendly and helpful too.
We will be back.

Went to this establishment to take in a movie. Like we have at least 20 times before without any issues. However tonight we found out that the projector was out,after buying tickets and drinks and popcorn. 30 minutes after the movie was to start the manager told the crowd the projector was broken. He told use that he would give us a refund. So we went to the snack bar where the other patrons also gathered for a refund. I was first in line waited another 15 minutes for the manager to come out of his office. Then he comes out a wants to give us a free movie pass. That’s not a refund. I’m out 37.16 for tickets,popcorn and drinks. I asks him politely I would like a full refund. He told me in no uncertain term. He was not giving a refund on the snacks. With an attitude. He then said “ I work for a corporation Man!!!” So I asked “ I would like the owners phone number Man!!. So he went back in his office for another 5 minutes and gave me the phone number 217-242-1045 called it, no answer, no professional greeting on answering machine. Who’s number did he give me ? Hey, I understand that his equipment was at fault but who’s fault is that? Mine ? I bought the snack bar items because I was going to see a movie. Maybe he is more of a snack bar kind of guy and not Manager material. He just handled it all wrong because he was pissed off. Now I have to go to another theater that’s farther away. It really didn’t have to be like this. They still made money off this transaction.

When I visited this theatre I’ve been going too since a child, I was so impressed to see how much cleaner and updated it was. They have an Icee machine with Coke, cherry, and blue raspberry. The tickets were at an extraordinary price of $4.99 each. In the theater you also won’t have to worry to much about having your seats kicked. The isles are super spacious. Don’t forget to come here when you visit The Lake of The Ozarks!!!

The inside of the theater was basic but very nice. Was a great way to spend some time on a cooler lake day. I think 4 tickets, 2 kids combos and one large combo was $60 and these days it's not bad! Don't be confused by how rough the parking lot look (some landscape help would go a long way). The inside is nice and clean and the staff are friendly.

So the prices were good!! The theater was clean. The attendants were friendly. The quality of the movie was horrible. Been to see many movies in many places and by far this place has the worse quality. The movie was very grainy and distorted. And to make it even worse we saw Beetlejuice 2 and it was horrible. Not the theaters fault on that one tho.
