Is anyone even reading these reviews? WALGREENS wake up!!! Address the issues at your business. I called the automated service to get a refill on my daughters seizure medications. The automated system said it would be ready in a few days... I got no other phone calls or messages. I showed up this morning at the time the automated system told me it would be ready, and they had no record of my daughters order. Also, they are out of the medication and won't have any at least until Tuesday, maybe longer. Then they told me they can't even move the prescription because it's a "controlled product"? WTAF? If it requires a prescription, isn't it all controlled? The people behind the counter could care less. I told them my daughter would have seizures without this medication, and it is not safe for her to just stop taking them. Sorry, you need to call your doctor and have them write a new prescription for a location that has the pills. It's Saturday... so now my daughter will run out of these pills and could be in danger of ending up in the emergency room. YOU ARE PLAYING WITH PEOPLES HEALTH HERE... I don't usually write reviews like this, but this is super scary and dangerous, what is happening here at this pharmacy. We will definitely be looking for a more dependable place to get our needed medications. I will never set foot in another Walgreens EVER again.

Just an Update: The pharmacist did end up being able to transfer the prescription after all. She spent a good deal of time calling around to fix this. I do appreciate her help, but my concerns still stand. The automated system is dangerous. Folks reading this.... do NOT trust the automated system.

The pharmacy Service is horrible they took 2 hours saying that it will be 10 minutes and at the end they said that I could not pick up the medicine because I was not the person. Some off the people of the pharmacy and store in general were incredibly rude.

Very slow service.

Long drive thru line and in store line for pharmacy and you will end up waiting up to an hour or so for service. Sometimes I just request same day delivery from DoorDash to avoid having to wait in line. Sometimes don’t expect to come in quick on your lunch break.

Worst pharmacy ever. Here I am in the drive thru pharmacy waiting for more than 30 minutes per car! It is incredibly slow. Nothing makes the line go by quicker. Plan to stay in line for over an hour if you come across a line of cars. Terrible especially if you have your children with you.
