First time coming here, and we were able to get seated fairly quickly without a reservation. Service was amazing. The food (at least what my mom and I) was not as great, unfortunately. I got the crab dip and a Ceasars salad. The salad was just like your typical Ceasars salad. I was only able to get the surface level of the crab dip because the bottom was a little burnt. Which was disappointing because they already don't give you a lot of it. My mom had the crab cake, and it was cold in the center.

My husband and I stopped in because are bourbon lovers and from Florida so we love seafood. Our bartender Holly was kind, friendly and a top notch bartender. We were very pleased with our visit. Celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary here in Blue Ridge.

We sat at the bar. Love this place. Great food and great delicious drinks! Tiffany’s amazing and so lovely. We’ve had the smoked old fashion which is to die for but today Tiffany recommended Start your engine drink and it was delicious!!!! Thanks yall for always a lovely lunch ?

I have never and I mean never ever had a salmon dish that was this amazing!!!! Perfect crust, beautiful coloring and the sides are phenomenal. The flavor alone!!!!! I’m from Florida and the seafood here doesn’t even compare. The mussels were to die for and the service wonderful thanks to Kaycee! I would come back here just for this meal! Thank you to everyone at Whiskey and water for making this an amazing experience! The drinks are definitely a treat too! Espresso martini for the win!

We just had the best old fashioned, made by the best bartender in Blue Ridge, Lisa!! Make sure to ask for the Black Walnut bitters, yum. We tried the seasonal salad, Scotch mussels, and crab dip….wow! For our main entree Deree chose Miso Cod, which was spectacular! We finished with the apple tart, which is baked to order, takes about 20 minutes so if you get cranky waiting for your desserts order it ahead of time. They also had a lovely patio out back with a fire pit

I wish there was a confused emoji or an I'm torn about my review button.
Upon entering, we noticed just 3 other customers in the front dining room. We were a little early as we approached the hostess stand. I gave my name and time of reservation and politely asked the hostess to not be seated at a 2 top. With an empty restaurant, while still looking at the screen, she replies, "we don't have any available." Of course I found it funny and started to laugh as my wife and I looked around an empty restaurant. Another young lady came over and said we do, pushed a couple buttons on the screen, and then showed us to a 4 top, not 10 feet away.
Our server was very polite and took our drink order, and helped my wife make a selection. We ordered the crab dip, and it was fantastic. For our entrees, my wife had the fish and chips and was extremely pleased. I had the tacos and the tortillas were atrocious. They were very flavorful, but they could have used a bit more heat. We had the peach cobbler and it was great.
The thing that annoyed me most about the "we don't have any 4 tops available" comment is that throughout our service no less than 4 groups who said they had no reservations were seated at 4 tops. Read that last part again.
I'd also like yo note for larger customers that the seats here have these "wings" on the side. I'm 6'1, 255 pounds, and i didn't have an issue, but it's clear that if you're a little larger in the lower half, you're going to have an issue.

Tiffany had great recommendations. We had the coconut shrimp, shrimp pasta and peach cobbler, all delicious. Great place, wonderful waitress and loved the overall experience. We will most definitely recommend this place.
