Installer showed up 4 hours late, no calls or texts. Installed cameras out of view, my car was broken into and camera did not capture anything, I told the installer it was too far he said u can zoom in and it was not close enough. After 6 months and $800 later, one of the cameras stopped working, called them back and they said they had to charge me extra to fix it even tho I just payed almost a grand to them 6 months ago... I thought they would stand by their service and product but did not last and were unwilling to correct the issue without having me overpay.
