WM had issues with my auto payment and, instead of reaching out to me and letting me know, they just added a late fee and cut off my service. NO NOTICE!! This is some straight up bad service.

No bill was given with the new “payment process” then Absolutely zero accountability comes from your end, when mistakes are made. You have only been willing to take my money, and tell me to wait until next week for service (when other options or accommodations could have been made.). You don’t even try to help in the moment. Then the one thing I am told is “you can put the extra bags beside the can and I will make a note for them to pick them up.” I did that- even put them in a box to hopefully be easier on the guys. And it was left, again. I call back and am told “oh we can ask, but there is no guarantee they will pick it up.” Then Don’t offer!! Or send someone back to pick this up so it’s not sitting here a Whole next week- AGAIN!!!!!! Do SOMETHING as a curtesy for your customers!! Worst customer service ever, besides probably AL Power…..
I should be getting some help and some
Type of compensation for all of the extra headache and time I have wasted for your screw-ups. Other things could have been done, but any of my suggestions even were just told “no- we can’t do that. You’ll have to wait until next week”. Even when another truck comes directly past my house the following day!!!!! Zero help or effort.

Everything is great except for when you call to let them know that your trash was not picked up and the reschedule wasn't done either. I should not have to call again to inform them that it wasn't picked up again. I will just add to it next time.

WM once I was able to get someone on the phone my service setup was amazing. My trash can was delivered in the same week.

We have a wonderful crew. Twice we forgot to put our can out. They pulled

WM has skipped my trash pickup on average every other week now for at least three months. I've called and spoken to them over and over, but nothing seems to fix the problem.

Trash truck runs on time and does a good job. However, with their automated emptying and I guess the way the cans are built, it's fairly often loose items get stuck and the can isn't totally empty. But they are generously sized so usually there is enough room week to week. They are also very good about notifying us about delays, etc. That is very helpful so we know we’re not forgotten.
