Mr. McCrispin is very thorough. He takes the time to explain his findings in layman's terms. A joy to work.with. He has done a couple of inspections for me; which have saved me from making grave mistakes in home purchases. I highly recommend his services.

Alan did my house inspection and honestly I couldn't be happier, he was very thorough and answer every question I had. He was professional, knowledge and efficient. I received a very detailed report from him even future recommendations. With the issues he found, he provided photos and a very detailed report. If you need a solid professional inspector with plenty of experience Alan is the person to call 100% recommend him he is AMAZING!

Alan was very thorough and efficient with our home inspection. This is our first house, and Alan didn’t waver from explaining things we wouldn’t have known or even known to ask. The report was very easy to follow. Highly recommend!
